Some furniture looks a bit worn (stains on sofa, little hole in chair upholstery). Guests should be made aware that the pool is part of the spa en therefore nude-only

Spa is top notch as always... Was our first visit with snow and added real atmosphere at Christmas. Very special. Bed nice and firm and housekeeping do an excellent job of keeping clean and in order. Food in restaurant was really nice.
Not a lot, was first time language was a bit bit of an issue (our German is not guten!) tried to order two soups and ended up with one and two spoons!

An incredibly nice SPA-place with super-nice rooms and at the lake.
The attentive receptionist was pointing out that I was staying there several times already. This is basically nice, but if you arrive with a new(er) partner, it may lead to questions... :)

Wonderful property and rooms, very well organized and managed. The spa area is spectacular, breakfast buffet with 1000 choices. Housekeeping calm and efficient. Had a very nice chat with Herr Youssef at front desk. I will be back in 2024.

Room was comfortable and clean. Shower was great, room was quiet for the most part (last night there had noisy neighbors). Diners were good as well as breakfasts. Spa area was excellent.
Can't complain about anything really.

we had little trouble with the room (water temperature in the shower changed by itself from hot to cold and vice versa, some electrical problem with the lights)
