We loved that we could visit with our dog, who was given his own towel and water bowl in the room, and was even allowed to join us for breakfast. We also loved that we could access the lovely garden directly from the room. There are also lots of nice walks very close by. Check-in was super easy too, with a key safe, which removed the stress of our train being delayed. We could walk there from the train station, even with two big bags on wheels, and a dog, so that was great! And something we especially appreciated was that we wrote in advance to say that we are both vegan, and staff went out of their way to ensure we had a fully vegan breakfast available, which was so nice. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet and the bathroom super clean. We were so happy to stay here after a long day of travel, and our expectations were exceeded!

The only thing I would have liked, is if the pool was open too! But we visited too early in the season (I love cold water swimming, but appreciate that the majority of guests probably do not!)

The room was gorgeous, clean and comfortable and beautifully designed. The dining room was lovely and clean and the breakfast very good without the overwhelming range of choices in many places. Everything was well laid out. More than this, the staff were so kind and friendly, welcoming everyone individually into breakfast, and they let me stay late in my room to do a webinar without charge and then waited to receive the key.

I hadn't realised that the desk closes at 6pm, so when I arrived, I went to a friend's house who luckily phoned for me to find out how we would get in. I hadn't noticed the Booking.com code sent to me. My friend came with me at 10pm ish and then we had a little difficulty finding my block in the dark. Once we did, all was easy.

The room was very clean, quiet, staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ample. Enjoyed the casual comfort, cleanliness as well as the atmosphere of the hotel.

The coffee room for during the day consumption was an small enclosed glass covered location. Not very cozy for relaxing. However I was able to make myself a nice coffee and take it to my room.

Very nice and welcoming staff. Wonderful premises, pool, fitness gym, yummy breakfast, close to a nice restaurant free parking....nothing else to wish for. 🤩

If you want to be close to the centre you might want to choose another hotel but...but we think it is totally worth staying at F-RITZ. 😊

The hotel is a little complex of a few little buildings with each a few rooms that all look different. The room we were in was big enough for 2 people and even had access to a little terrace at ground level. The breakfast was a buffet with a big selection. When booking I asked in advance about gluten-free options (I’m celiac), and they were super helpful (I got my own gluten free bread as soon as I got into the breakfast room). The staff was really nice and we had nice talks.

The breakfast was ok taking into account the price of the room. No hot dishes as mentioned in the comments.

The staff was friendly enough but not all the receptionists spoke English so we have to use our knowledge of German (good that we had some :))

Very nice Hotel , great Garden and well designed.

TV mounted on the wall with a none movable bracket so you need to sit on the edge of the bed in order to watch. Not a big deal it is a common issue in a lot of properties.

We arrive shortly before 6pm, we were still welcomed very warmly at the reception. The very nice lady from there showed us our room too, which looked like the photo they have on the web. The room was spacious, tidy, comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast may not be big, but it is more than enough and the quality of what they served were of great caliber. Clean, modern, sufficiently comfortable, thoughtfully-designed and supplied. Excellent breakfast. Friendly, considerate staff. Close both to a station and to an excellent gasthaus.

Good room layout. Helpful staff with good knowledge of local sights. Breakfast was tasty and had good variety.
