Been there before, but this time I got a single room in the main building. Mr Wimmer is an awful nice guy, Ironman champion and like, always ready to share his experiences. :-) They have their own restaurant, and they cook very good.

The bed mattress van a bit torn, slowly but surely needs to be replaced. I could also do with a glass, say, while brushing my teeht or drink a glass of water. Probably I could get one from the kitchen, though, but would make sense to have one in the room.

Traditional b&b not modernised but reflected in the price .room was OK and quiet and staff were very pleasant .

Needed a new shower hose water not coming out and leaking at the fitting and the Web site says carpark but I had to leave my motorbike in the street although it was safe .

The owners are super nice lovely people. Really welcoming, the food is very good. The room is simple but they accept pets without extra fee.

The check in is advertised from 13.00 but the reception is not continuously open in the afternoon and no one answers the phone. It is advised to fix the arrival time with them in advance.

Small family managed guesthouse, if you are expecting “Hilton”, than it’s Good value for money for travelers. Good dinner they cooked, homey atmosphere.

Breakfast minimal.

Good location, available parking, very friendly staff.

At beginning it was very cold but the radiator was very hot. So, will need an hour or more for a comfortable temperature at night.

We did not care.Near Birthplace of the Pope Old Setting ,one of the Catholics Little Town with some festivals. 45 min to Salzburg easy to drive one way at German side ,one drive on Austrian side.Freilassing (has Factories of famous ACCORDIONS ) just before Salzburg just divided through Border.Munich Airport 90 minutes ,Linz airport 80 minutes ,salzburg airport 40 minutes,Berchestgaden (eagles nest))Freilassung along the river 30 minutes from Freilassing,From Salzburg from Austrian side 30 minutes.No Tour mention all this nice Possibilities driving 2 ways and on top everything Is reachable by Train .Chiemsee 45 minutes Freeway or along river Inn and some beautiful hilly Country side.What a surprise It took 3 Days to Drive around and cover so many nice Area'sIf you like 25 minutes you can reach Bad Griesbach and Bad Fuessing people health Spas naturally. I hope it will help some Travelers.

A few miles On B 12 narrow Street In both direction lots of trucks ,slows traffic for 15 minutes until Freeway like Street come up.It might be touristy in Summertime.

This is a hotel and restaurant facility run by an amazing local family. The food is home made and tastes great. They take care of you like a friend and makes you feel home. Great experience!

Good location, spacious clean room, good breakfast, quiet location for a good sleep.

We were a bit short of vegetables for breakfast.
