The breakfast was terrific and the grounds are quite beautiful.

I think it would have been helpful if the hotel at confirmation asked guests how they were going to arrive at the hotel. We did not anticipate that there would be no taxis at the bad bruckenau bus stop. We called the hotel front desk and the first staffer was not helpful, he gave us a number for a local taxi company, but we tried that number and it didn't work and we told him our german was inadequate. After trying for 10 minutes, we called the desk back again and we spoke to a different staffer who -- when asked to do so -- called a taxi for us. This worked. I appreciate that probably 90% of hotel guests drive to this location, but it would have been helpful to have some basic info for those of us not driving. We were part of a large party attending a wedding.

Everything. It was a lovely weekend away at the Dorint! We enjoyed the wine festival which was on over the weekend we stayed here, hiked around the surrounding area and used the swimming pool, plus massage facilities on offer. All in all, it was one of the best stays and the staff were super as well! The room itself was really spacious, both the buffet breakfasts and a la carte dinners were delicious, and last but not least, set in the Schlosspark with classic buildings, vintage cars etc. was stunning.

Beautiful location. A tiny village on it's own. Heated pool, spa facilities, restaurant. Free parking nearby. I sent a mail asking if our room had air-conditioning or if ventilators were available, as it was around 30 degrees during our stay. Got offered a free upgrade to the wing with air-conditioned rooms. Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean. Nice for a couple of days.

There should be a clear leaflet on how everything works and where. Info is given, but in my opinion it's not sufficient. It is an exceptional location, unfortunately they cut corners with some things. It didn't influence my stay, but I found it a shame. I.e. the bathroom is beautiful, but with one basin and separate an odly shaped triplex shelve. Should have been wall to wall vanity. Matrasses were too hard. No tea/coffee in room. Dining/breakfast area is set in the historical building, but the tables & chairs were very standard. Same for the loungers at the swimming pool. You'd expect matrasses on them; it was quite uncomfortable.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing surrounding, especially the park area directly around the hotel. We can highly recommend the rooms in the new part of the hotel "Parkflügel". The rooms are really spacious, feature a modern ambience with a really nice bath and a nice view. The daily breakfast is really really good and offers everything - from fresh made eggs to delicious sweets. The service at the breakfast is really nice and helpful. The spa area is nice, while still having a bit of a 90's charm, its nicely equipped and offers different kind of saunas and relaxing areas. The gym room is clean, features new sports equipment (cardio & muscle) as well as free weights. The outdoor pool and area around is really nice & calm and invites to relax

The staff is really different - while some are really really helpful and nice, others are not really noticing about you and you have to ask several times for your request.

Location is great, peaceful and green. Staff friendly, patient and helpful. Spacious modern rooms with a good bed and bathroom. Breakfast generous and the restaurant good for a long weekend stayover. The Vital Spa provided good services and the massage and facial treatment were to our liking. Parking garage offered enough space and charging points.

We struggled with the airco and some more clothing hangers could have been useful. A separate hand towl perhaps.

Beautiful property set in a lovely park. It was winter time - but I am sure it would be an amazing place to stay in summer - especially as there seemed to be more outdoor eating areas that were closed in winter Gym was excellent. Indoor- outdoor pool looked nice though didn’t use it. Staff were helpful.

Very formal dining room, I would have liked another less formal option.

Very clean and beautiful location with nice restaurants very close and within walking distance. I also enjoyed that there was a walking trail around the property.

We spent a long weekend at the Dorint in Bad Brückenau while attending an event - and thoroughly wish we'd had more time to actually stay at the hotel! Our room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast exceeded our expectations. The pool and sauna were just as enjoyable as the beautiful, vast garden.

Breakfast was excellent as freshness,taste and variety. Better than the most 5 star hotels visited. Coffee selection -10. The only minus...the juice machine with premixed juices. All other products were superior quality, please improve the natural juice selection. Juice machine is typical for cheap hotels. But this was small issue. The breakfast was one of the best which i have( visited 100+ 5 star hotels)

The place is really a hidden gem. Best value for the money for years. The Parkhotel and the room was very good Comfy beds, good sleeps. The view from the room and the surrounding buildings and gardens were so beautiful. Atmosphere was very relaxing. A peaceful place, flowers everywhere. And the breakfast, we absolutely love it. We would like to come here again and stay at least two nights next time.
