I liked everything, the price, the comfort, the tranquility, the location, the access to public roads, the access to transportation, absolutely everything was very good, I recommend it.

I didn't know where the garbage was, so I went down with the bags to throw them away and I didn't find where, so I went back and left 10 euros upstairs for the person who arrived to throw it away because I didn't find it. I didn't know where to throw it away, even though I asked and they told me in the basement, but there were many doors, some that opened, others that opened for me.

Cool concept with great design throughout the premise. Seamless check-in process and nice system that allows guest to be independent but all the while provides maximum privacy and 24/7 support. Functional common area with kitchenette, dishwasher, mini fridge and microwave. Room is much more spacious and cozy than advertised on Booking.com, lovely layout along with sufficient lighting(bed side lamp, floor lamp), numerous sockets available, kettle and mugs, spoons were all available, ample closet space with good storage units. Loved the mattress!!!. Thank you for bringing the fan after office hours, it was an absolute life saver. Convenient location as it's within walking distances to the train station, various shops(Penny, drugstore, gas station etc.) and a city forest. I wonder if the name derived from Brera district of Milano? Thank you Sören, Marco, Arbenita and staff on the support line. Amazing staff that were all so supportive, kind and welcoming, provided comprehensive responses to several quests. Comfortable stay overall. Grazie di tutto.

Only on a minor note that there's no AC installed, but you can open windows/roll up blinds. For noise sensitive folks out there - due to its proximity to train track and roads, train noises are audible with windows open during the day up until midnight, noises of other sources(cars, traffic, residents of the apartment complex close by chatting and shouting late at night in the courtyard), these were a bit disruptive and overwhelming.. however, it's peaceful with windows closed but this way room gets a bit stuffy and there's no air circulation, I'm only speaking from personal experience that's based on my own senses. Others might adapt smoother

The location is great, 2 minutes to the U station, 4 minutes to the S station, very well furnished and clean.

Being a self service apartment, you cannot contact anyone except on the phone or email, and if this is on weekend, no one will reply to you with any solution. Also the heating is underfloor heating, and the thermostat is 1 2 3 4 5 system, so you can't know what the temperature is, so you have to open the heating and wait for the result after a long while, we did this and woke up after an hour feeling extremely hot

People smoke on the Ground Floor, smoke will come into the room, no possibility to open Window until very late night.

Very close to train station. Comfortable bed and perfect for what we needed. We were visiting Stuttgart purely for the Porsche and Mercedes Benz museums which was super easy and convenient with the train nearby. Black out curtains were prime for a good nights rest. Facilities were clean and great having the washing machine, gym and pool table downstairs.

Could have used a fridge in our room but I understand that another member of our group had one so just depends what you get. Can hear trains throughout the night.

It was very close to the Bahnhof and also to the Porsche museum as well as to the city. It also good for runners as it has a lot of green places to run. Nice common area and it has a small gym that you can use and also a vending machine. There is a supermarket just around the corner so it's easy to get snacks

The floors were sticky throughout the entire stay not necessarily bad but kind of uncomfortable.

Very accommodating staff. Comfortable apartment. Good size. Warm showers. Kitchenette is small, but we cooked full dinners each night. Smoke detectors are apparently very sensitive, but we left the doors open while cooking and had no issues.

The coffee maker was not clean and had a used pod in it. Ran several times with water, but it still produced black suit (coffee remnants)

I had the pleasure of staying in Brera Serviced apartments in Stuttgart for two months. The apartments have everything you need , modern, clean and very comfortable beds, flat screen tv, workspace , cooking facilities with a supermarket less that 1 minutes walk away, washing and ironing facilities and even a gym. The staff on site Bilal and Marco are very helpful. The location is excellent and 2 minutes' walk from both U and S train lines. There are other supermarkets like Lidl and Aldi nearby and many restaurants. I will stay here again on my next assignment in Stuttgart and highly recommend the apartments to other business travellers who require home comforts at a very good price.10 out of 10.

I like the room beds, washroom and kitchen facilities everything. My suggestion: If they run any small restaurant inside hotel for breakfast and dinner, it will be too good. There is no possibility to aware our native location people already staying there or not.

They are not cleaning properly. That fry pan size was too big.

The hotel has a good location, near S-Bahn and U-Bahn. The apartment is new, you will have all necessary equipment on the kitchen. The bed was comfortable.

It was noisy in the room, when you open the window, because the hotel is near railway station. The room hasn't air conditioner.
