Friendly and helpful staff. Really central location. Good food and beer in the restaurant!

I know it's what we Brits expect but tea/coffee making facilities in the room would be nice. Parking for us was ok - thanks to the receptionist, we were allowed to park overnight in the courtyard by reception at a 10 euro per day cost . Otherwise we would have had to drop our bags off then find somewhere nearby. Nothing they can do about this due to their central location - this is more of an advance warning for others.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. We're helpful at times, was able to accommodate us for having drinks late at night within the premises, because we sometimes came back late.

There was language barrier between ourselves and the staff, but we managed to get by. Would have liked a few more english speaking staff.

Excellent location and very friendly staff and atmosphere. One of the best breakfast offers to be found in Germany for this kind of hotel. Very nice adjacent restaurant with a good variety of dinner choices.

The Hotel is located it central part of the city, surrounded by cathedrals with both sides. The restaurant/bar on the territory of the Hotel, and their own BEER! Very delicious I must say, so must try!

In my second trip I was located in La Villa, not far, but not the same territory with main building. Although as I understand La Villa has better rooms which is actually a good moment.

One of the best breakfasts we have ever had in Europe!! A HUGE buffet. The breakfast alone makes the stay worthwhile. The restaurant and beer selections were also very good.

Parking was a bit difficult.

Really nice hotel in the historic heart of the beautiful old town. Walking distance to all of the many sights. Really good beer! Dinner was also very good. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in Germany.

We come here every year on our way to or from a local festival and we absolutely love it. The staff are so welcoming and it's a very picturesque and peaceful setting and the food and drinks are incredible.
