KPM is very well designed and luxurious hotel with great stuff. They were very helpful and respectful to us. - Location is very very good. KPM hotel in very distinctive and secure area with ease of reach S-Banh stop. - Our room is very well prepped and always clean(without touching our belongings) - Minibar is always packed with 1 bottle water, 1 sparkling water, 3 different Fritz Cola, Fanta and different flavor fizz. - Bed is very comfortable and clean. - They offer us a helmet when we ask to where can we rent for bike rental. - They keep out luggage for ours after we checkout without fee. We are strongly recommended KPM hotel !

Despite of near of Tiergarten not have a great view from room

A perfect family stay. Pool was great for the kids, the apartment was clean and spacious and the balcony very nice for relaxing. The location was a great lakeside spot with a 10 minute stroll along the lake into town.

Super clean room, amazing sauna and cute little clean pool. Breakfast was also good with many choices. It's just next to the lake so can't be any better!

I guess if I have to be really picky I'd say not having shower gel, shampoo?

Apartment is good. There is enough space for a family. Kitchen contains all equipment to be used. Pool and Sauna are good. Location is very good. Parking is good.

Kitchen could have few items such as salt, pepper, oil. Also, bathroom could contain few items like shampoo and soap. These items should not be paid extra. Also, it does not make sense to pay extra for pool and sauna. Hotel should have some small things to support the guests like small grocery to buy few items, or a small bar for drinks. Price is okay due to the hotel location. However as you need to pay everything extra, the hotel should provide more services / attractions.

coffee and tea in the kitchen would have been lovely, toiletries in the bathroom other then basic soap also.

Super clean, staff friendly and nice location. The sunset in the lake is magical.

The sauna and the swimming pool are extras. You need to pay for it. Is nice that doesn’t make super full, but I believe that we are charged enough, the price is not cheap to add so many extras.

Perfect room size, new facilities, magnificent Lakeview, Sauna and Pool also fantastic. The location is great for any kind of bike tour around Waren Müritz

Sauna, pool, parking, room cleaning services and breakfast are charged as extra services not included in the original booking. However, it is worth paying those extras services once you are there. Friendliness of the staff is ok but it can be improved.

overall rooms are clean and comfortable. Our room had view to the river with nice balcony.

Main problem of this place was WIFI , that was almost not working.
