Very nice renovated room. However not too big. Excellent breakfast, very good location.

Parking available, but very expensive 28€ and not monitored, “on your own risk”. The hotel is expensive, 188€ with breakfast, plus 28€ parking and in the room there is not even a bottle of water. From the mini bar you can buy just 0.25l very small bottle. The hotel wants to save 0.5€ for two bottles of water?

We stayed only one night as we were in transit from Poland to Germany, but the hotel was really nice. Totally recommend it as an option to stop overnight when travelling from Poland to Western Europe. Underground parking is just 1 min walk from the hotel, great breakfast, comfy spacious room, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is situated in city center, so the old town, restaurants etc. are just round the corner.

The parking is extra paid - don't remember exactly but ca. 15 euro. On the other hand - you are in the exact city center.

The location was excellent and breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful and attentive.

Hard to find as so much road work in the area and the sat nav took us the wrong way so many times. Had to park, then walk and go ask the staff at the Hotel how to get to the parking area. This was the only issue.

Personnel were willing to serve and help

The personnel didn’t speak English properly, which made communication difficult. And they should know how to use public transportation properly. But nevertheless it is all lack of english.

Great location, nice parking, wonderful and friendly staff, great breakfast.

We were disturbed at 8:00 in the morning once by housekeeping, and they never came back to clean the room that day. Elevators were also a challenge. One stopped working, although it was fixed quickly.

Standard of the room, location. Breakfast was fantastic-great variety of options. Delicious food, including wonderful cheesecake- tasted like a home made. Undeground garage was available at reasonable price and easy to park car.

Excellent breakfast ; large airey room. Little noisy in the morning because of the cobbled roads outside and work starting on some construction but did have window open

Not neccessary to look for other place to stay. Just perfect in you want to be in centre and close access to train station.

Great Hotel if staying in Zwickau, the staff, the location, secure parking and a great breakfast - what more do you need?

Not so easy to find during the road works in the area.

Easy to find, undeground parking, nice spacious room, fridge in the room, comfortable pillows, dogfriendly, everyone spoke nice English. Room was cold when we came, thank you for that. Green area just in a small walking distance.
