We wanted a self-catering room, in the heart of Naxos that would allow us to explore the different parts of the island, and we couldn't have found a better place than this. The hosts were warm and welcoming right from the get-go. They made us feel right at home. The bonus was the daily visits from Jenny, the friendly cat who lives on the property and who took a shine to us. Special thanks also to the hosts for going above and beyond - i left my camera attachment at the property when leaving for naxos town, and they drove all the way to drop it off. Would definitely recommend them to everyone.

- Very nice location, close to the bus stop, supermarket, restaurants. - Kitchen was practical to make simple food (eg. sandwich, salad). - The host was very kind. - Smooth check in and check out (even though we left very early in the morning). Altogether we had a very nice stay. We loved Filoti and Giannakis Filoxenia was a perfect choice to explore the village and its surroundings!

There was a restaurant with (sometimes too loud) music below our terrace.

The location was fantastic. Two minute walk from bus stop. Prompt communication was excellent with details of how to find the establishment with photos. The room was emaculate, clear and modern but still with greek charm and well stocked with appliances/kitchen wear. Staff and owners were wonderful. Offering suggestions for dining and attractions in their welcome email. I would highly recommend and rate as best place I have stayed yet on my travels in Greece.

We liked the spacious rooms and comfy beds, we stayed in 2 different rooms, as we added an extra night. Both balcony's were a good size, and it was nice to eat breakfast outside. The kitchen was well equipped with a filter coffee machine, hob and sandwich toaster. The location was excellent and there was free gated parking. We would highly recommend staying here.

Warm and friendly hosts, helpful, informative, generous and kind. The room has high ceilings. Is spacious, clean, neat, modern, gorgeous balcony, great restaurant next door. Quiet street. A few minutes walk to the centre of town, fantastic restaurants, supermarkets, stunning views, hikes to go on and friendly town folk.

The room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The commmunication with the host was perfect. The place is in the moddle of the small and nice village Filoti, wich i really reccomend to stay, and just ouside the door you have a good backery and a lot of tipical restaurant.

Perfect location in filoti, right next to the bakery (the best we came across on Naxos) and the supermarket. Rooms were very comfortable and the balcony was very relaxing. The host was very friendly and accommodating.

Slightly limited kitchen equipment (small sink, kettle, camping stove etc). All you need for breakfast but if you want to cook your evening meal it is a bit limited. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Great location, just a three minute walk to the main street of Filoti. Clean, and tasteful furnishings with a balcony overlooking the outdoor area of the restaurant next door. Well-recommended, and a friendly host well-informed about things to see within walking distance of Filoti.

I wouldn't know what might have been better.

Filoti is a very nice village. Property is located near all restaurants and supermarkets. Ideal area for walking, lots of walks direct from village including Mt Zas (though take the long route by the cave and avoid the crowds). Got a bus up from port and stayed for four days and could have stayed longer if I had the time. Staff were very nice. Basic clean room with hot shower and everything else you need, regular change of towels etc.

The room was beautiful, and very comfortable with everything you need, even in the kitchen. It was clean, with a comfortable bed. Beautiful minimalistic decoration. It had a balcony with a table and chairs. The location is excellent, one block just off from the main road and restaurants. The owners are lovely people, very helpful.
