Beautiful view and very helpful staff. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. It is located near shopping and restaurants. The daily breakfasts had meats and cheeses, eggs, pastries, juices, and coffee overlooking the caldera.

It's a bit of a hike with luggage but staff was there to carry bags. Lots of steps which added to its charm but not recommended for people with knee or other climbing, hiking disadvantages.

Cliff Side Suites was even better than their profile describes. Our family had two rooms, a suite and a double bedroom, both overlooking the breathtaking view of the Santorini caldera. There is a hotel pool and you can order drinks and food there, in addition to the daily poolside breakfast which offered great options that fed our variety of tastes. Firostefani is peaceful and not too crowded, unlike Oia and Fira, both of which we visited. Stratigoula at the reception desk helped us book a very fun catamaran tour of the crater, helped us make dinner reservations for outstanding meals, and otherwise the hotel was so relaxing and beautiful we just hung out there a lot. If you want to see the beauty of Santorini without pressing crowds or lots of logistics, Cliff Side Suites is ideal.

The breakfast was very good, a nice selection, great view overlooking the water. We especially enjoyed watching the little bird steal bites from full plates left unattended near the outer edge of the eating area. The view from the room and the balconies were stunning. The room was very comfortable, everything very nice. The staff was extremely helpful, ferrying our luggage up and down the stairs, setting up tours for us, even helping me learn the Greek alphabet.

Honestly, the stairs down to the room took our breath away at first. But we got used to them. We are in our 70's and 80's, so we went slowly and carefully and accepted a helping hand when offered. We were fine and, if the opportunity were to present itself, we would stay at Cliff Side Suites again.

The view was fantastic. Had a very nice balcony.. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Not for those who are not physically fit. 56 steps each way to and from our room! But that is the charm of being on a cliff side! Once the water stopped working, but it wasn't for very long, only about 15 minutes. It was explained it was the city, not the hotel.

Amazing experience . First thanks to all the staff at the Cliff Side Suites.Our first experience in Santorini and we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The view was amazing looking out from my room .Staff was really helpful,especially thanks to “James”with the suggestion and booking excursions to make this the perfect short break . The moment you step out the hotel there lots of shops and restaurants so you don’t have walk far , just only 10-15 mins walk to Fira .. hopefully will be back one day

Nothing I could fault

The views from this hotel are exceptional and the perfectly postioned rooms and spacious balconies allow you to fully experience the magic of Santorini. The sunsets are simply incredible and the effect of the lights on the white cliffs at night is stunning. Our room was well appointed and very comfortable. We enjoyed having delicious breakfasts by the pool and excellent room service.

We had great difficulty finding the hotel as access to it is a small sidewalk tucked between two restaurants on a very busy pedestrian alley. which google maps could not find (we had a rental car). We would have appreciated receiving detailed instructions before arrving on where to bring our car to drop off the luggage with the valet. People should also be notified of the many stairs leading to the rooms and pool/bar/restaurant area, which could be quite daunting for people with mobility issues.

The property had an extra ordinary view. All the staff was super friendly, specially Sia George Zoe and all of the rest. They were extremely nice and made us feel very very comfortable during our stay.

The property had a great location a great view looking over the seaside and a massive balcony excellent room Service cleaning. the only thing what we didn’t like was the pool area. The pool area was very small and the breakfast had very limited choice.

Great spot about a 15min walk into Fira. It is not as busy Fira and has beautiful views. Our room was a suite and was a very good size and had lovely furnishings. Thank goodness for the strong and very fit staff who helped carry our bags up and down all the stairs!

It’s not that i didn’t like it, but I think people should be aware that there are many stairs to all the different levels and may not be suitable for some. The pool / bar area is also quite small with limited lounges.

Everyone and everything. The staff are amazing, so warm and friendly. And they mean it. It makes the stay so welcoming and even the other guest feel so comfortable with each other. There are pools to dip in every where. Deckchairs, shade and sun areas. The main pool and restaurant is perfect and where they also serve breakfast. The staff there were soooooo, so sweet. All I can say is a BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THE TEAM WORKING THERE.

I had to leave!

The location was perfect! Amazing views of the Caldera and beautiful sunsets. Plenty of facilities on the doorstep as well as being within easy reach of Fira and Imerovigli (even walkable to Oia with a good pair of shoes!). The manager, Sia, and her whole team were so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast choice was varied, plentiful and good. Alex was so considerate, he remembered the little requests and subsequently surprised you with the same each day thereafter - that’s service!
