We stayed at Thalassa Hotel with my son for 7 days, and it was a truly wonderful experience! 💙💛 From the very first moment, we felt welcomed and cared for. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. A very special thank you to the hotel manager, Panos, who was always there to assist and organize everything perfectly. What touched me most was that on the day of our departure, since we had a late flight, he kindly offered us to stay in our room until we left. I’ve never experienced such generosity in any other hotels we’ve stayed at before – usually, you always have to pay extra. This meant so much to us, thank you! I also want to thank the young man at reception: we arrived very late, and although the restaurant was already closed, he kindly walked us there so we could still have dinner. That was such a thoughtful gesture! All the staff were always smiling, warm, and happy to see us. The waitresses were lovely, so polite and welcoming. Unfortunately, I didn’t learn all their names, but I do remember Maryam, who was absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious every day, our room was spacious with a beautiful view, and the surroundings of the hotel are simply breathtaking – such a peaceful and stunning location. This was our very first trip to Greece, and it left us with the warmest memories. We will definitely come back again – if not to this hotel, then certainly to Greece! 🇬🇷✨ 💯 I highly recommend Thalassa Hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable holiday! 🌸

Got upgrade to suite... so it mean that bad was in second floor over high ceiling flat. Pool near restaurant was big and clean. Place near Lefkada and two quite nice beaches. Free towels for pool or you can take it to beach... really nice. (could be nice to be able to borrow - for few euros - an umbrella and some blanket as well). Lot of parking space for rental car on top of hill. Breakfast was nice, but same (2 days straight) - 7/10 quality and taste. Staff and hotel manager is super friendly and can recommend their approach.

AC was not so strong and need to think forward. Sofas was like close to horrible... really cheap. Not so close to city... so car needed, other else you have to live and eat only there... or walk a bit daily.

Great value for the price. Its really unbelievable they can offer this for such a low price. Very clean appartment (a bit outdated). Friendly staff. Great diner and breakfast buffet. Really a Good offer for the price paid. I would recommend to book this. Also a very beauty swimming pool (big) and on walking distance of the beach (with all kind of watersports available).

We were upgraded, so were pleased with the value for money. Lovely pool and excellent view.

The food was very average. We don't mind walking, but it is some distance to a local beach and the town restaurants and bars. The hair dryer in our room had a damaged lead which blew as it was being used, fusing the power supply and leaving smoke stains on the wrist - this should have been replaced by management and not just taped up as it had been found by us. A pity as otherwise we much enjoyed our stay.

Amazing place with wonderful staff. Rooms are very spacious ,with a great view grom the terrace . And the hotel area itself, the pool with the bar or the evening bar next to reception,all great😃 The hotel and the hotel' s beach has a beautiful view to Lefkada Island. We had amazing stay and wish we could stay longer. And last ,but not least the people . We've never had so friendly and helpful staff ever! Their hospitality is amazing 😊This place is definitely worth visiting ! We'll surely come back again!

The food was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a confusion with the room but after complaining at reception, I got the room I paid for and it was great. I was also offered a compensation for the inconvenience and got a dinner at the restaurant.

Lovely rooms, fantastic view, nice pool. Short walk to a great quiet beach, and not too far to walk to Paleros. The hotel manager, Tasos was excellent, even giving us a lift into Paleros himself. Super friendly and couldn't have been more helpful.

Food was OK - but probably catering more for all inclusive customers - (quantity over quality.)

Staff was friendly , beautiful location, lovely view and close to beautiful beaches and an easy walk into town. I love Paleros and have been many times. This was a relaxing, comforting hotel and met our expectations perfectly.

Very happy with our stay in Paleros, we received an upgrade to our room which was nice. Rooms were clean and the views from the balcony were amazing. Loved the buffet breakfast and happy with the location being close to town.
