Perfect location in Amoopi, recently renovated hotel, spotless clean with daily cleaning service. Super nice receptionists and polite staff are welcoming and always available to assist. The breakfast was rich and varied, the pool area is really nice. I will happily come back!

Nothing really to be much disliked. Laundry service should be cheaper, as 50+ euros for 10 clothes items is way too excessive. Also a small suggestion to think of an alternative door tag for 'do not disturb' and ''no cleaning needed', as the strong Karpathos wind was blowing them away every day, so the cleaning person went in every time even when the tag was placed on the door. Shampoo and shower 'paste-alike' are a bit unconventional, I didn't like them much, but it is a personal taste.

The staff at the reception was always friendly. Especially Evi was such a lovely and helpful person. Also the cleaning ladies greeted and were friendly.

The staff at the breakfast was the opposite. They never greeted or rarely laughed. We didn’t feel welcome in the breakfast area. The room was clean and nicely decorated but it was a little too small. 20€ for the sunbeds at the Beach are way too much. For guests who stay at Helios Beach Hotel, the price should be cheaper.

We had an amazing stay at Helios Beach Hotel. The island and the beaches were very relaxing and beautiful. The hotel and its facilities truly contributed to one of the best holidays we ever had. The room and the bed were excellent with great view. We enjoyed the main swimming pool, had some great and tasty cocktails and snacks. The view from the outdoor spaces was mesmerizing. The personnel were very kind and helpful, ready to satisfy all our needs and requests. Looking forward to our next visit.

The room was amazing and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and recommended us where to go, especially Christina in the reception who was extremely kind and helped in every request we had. It was perfect.

It’s important to improve the water pressure to make the whole experience perfect!

Rooms close to the breakfast room are quite noisy in the morning (cleaning and making breakfast starts at 7.00).

It was a very nice experience. The rooms were very clean, the area extremely hygienic. The stuff was amazing and very nice. The location is quiet on a beautiful beach, the city center is very close too! Would 100% recommend!
