I had visited this property 10 years ago and was very happy to see that it is still excellent! The room was very clean and warm. The staff was pleasant and helpful. It will definitely be my first choice if I visit Karpenisi again!

The only drawback was the lack of a breakfast buffet. With few guests in late January, only in-room breakfast was offered, which we skipped. However, this was not a big issue, as the property's central location provided plenty of nearby breakfast options.

The host was very friendly and really helped us with tips on which places to visit, where to eat etc.She actually took out a map and marked the places to visit along with the names of the restaurants and comments. The room was surprisingly big and the beds were comfortable. It was very warm and we actually turned down the heater. The kitchen had a full size electric cooker and all the necessary kitchenware, and a big fridge. There was absolutely nothing blocking the view from the balcony and you could see all the mountains around. The bathroom was nice and well equipped. Location wise, the hotel is a 3min walk from the main square and the shops and that is very nice because the town is situated on the slope of a mountain, which complicates walking around. There was no noise from the road or from other rooms. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the town.

For the money, there isn't really anything to complain about.

My sister and I had a great time in Marianna's place. The room was beautiful, the owners lovely and it is close to the center. We felt so much care and they helped us with directions and tips, even called us to tell us we forgot sth in the room. The breakfast was delicious. Thank you Marianna and team for giving us these beautiful moments in your wonderful hotel!

The stuff was very polite, accommodating, and welcoming! Short distance from the main square. Excellent breakfast served in the room. Parking is relatively easy to find around the property.

The toiletries could have been better but the quality was expected given the room price.

We really enjoyed the breakfast, the eggs were instantly prepared, it felt like home. The property is really clean and close to the main square, car is not needed to move around town.

Some parts could be renovated.

Marianna and her staff will welcome you in the best way possible, always smiling and very caring to any need. The apartments were quite big, clean and filled with all you may want. Definitely a place to stay if in Karpenisi

The weather at Karpenisi was hot at 35o C and the stay needs to be supported with air conditioning during summer months.

I loved the room, very warm, pretty and very clean. The owner is very kind and sweet. The location is great as well, right in the city center.

Marianna’s home accommodation is situated perfectly at the center of Karpenisi, walking distance from all taverns, cafes and bars. The rooms are spacious, clean and have a wonderful view. All staff was very welcoming and kind.
