We attended a family member wedding so with friends and family gathering the atmosphere was very celebratory. The facilities were exceptional and staff were very accommodating. Decor and facilities such as first class restaurants and pools and decor and views were first-class. The resort hotel is spread over a variety of locations including a private beach and access to all the locations was provided by regular, on demand, transport.

Don't come to Mykonos if you want a budget holiday. Greece is not a cheap location in 2025. Having said that, budget accordingly and enjoyment is almost guaranteed.

They should have the shuttle run more frequently to and from Mykonos town.

The location, proximity to the beach, relaxing pool area and ranging views of the mountainside, sea, and the sunset. Had a beautiful room watching the sunset views with a resident cat. Staff clearly hospitality trained- knowledgeable, engaging and helpful. The interactive dinner ritual of “breaking plates” and dancing- insight into the culture. Food- we opted for the half board option and what a delight it was to enjoy an array of local and international cuisine. Personalised care- staff surprised me with a birthday cake and singing, which made the whole trip really special. Our flights were late in the evening. We got offered a whole new room to relax and change before the flight- a true leading hotels of the world service!!! Thank you to all the staff from airport pickup/drop-off, concierge, hospitality team (hotel/beach)and our housekeeping lady.

This was heavenly. An absolutely stunning hotel and location. The room was spacious, elegant and offered breathtaking views. Beds were comfortable and the shower was perfection. We utilised one of the dining areas and enjoyed the live music and festive Greek plate smashing - so much fun. The music were fabulous. We also enjoyed the bar - fantastic staff and range. Room service was the best room service we have had with staff setting up the dining experience outside on the balcony with candlelight. All staff were exceptional - professional and friendly, exceptional hospitality. The pool area, beach and transportation options were all fantastic. Cannot speak more highly about this hotel. Would absolutely stay here again and again.

I travelled with family so we were a big group ages ranging from 7 years old to 70 years old. The property was absolutely beautiful and very well kept. Breakfast was very good. Lunch and drinks by the beach were great. Expensive, yes but that’s everywhere nowadays plus let’s don’t forget it’s Mykonos. We ate diner at the Italian restaurant at Avaton and the Greek restaurant at Royal and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

I read the previous reviews about the steep steps and hill but I underestimated it. For me personally it was ok but I can definitely see that being a big problem for somebody that has mobility issues. ( Hotel had shuttle but we ended up walking mostly. You can always ask one of the beach staff to call for a shuttle) Something that needs to be addressed immediately in my opinion would be the pool area. It has no indication whatsoever about the depth of the water. That is something that can be problematic if you have younger kids or for someone that struggles and/or has issues with the water.

WiFi was a bit flaky in the room/balcony.

The breakfast was incredible, the pool was beautiful and clean as were the rooms and the rest of the facilities.

The doors to the shower and toilet were see through glass- that should have been stated. The beach was a very steep walk down from the hotel, and the hotel was definitely not accessible on foot and there was nothing around. The reception was not helpful at all, actually dismissive. Taxis cost at least €35-50 to and from the hotel and the advertised shuttle only comes a handful of times a day. The room set up for three people was a bit odd.. for €533 a night I wouldn’t expect a dodgy fold out cot for the third person. Also they didn’t tell us you couldn’t drink the tap water and we had to buy bottles multiple times a day from the hotel bar.

I loved the hotel and the staff there are all very kind. Even though the beach is not walking distance, there is a shuttle that takes you immediately there verytime you wnat. There is also a free shuttle that takes you to town that departs the hotel every certain hours. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything!!! Steps to a beautiful beach, the view was amazing, easy to get to… the entire resort was stunning and perfect! The staff were so hospitable and kind and went out of their way to make everything special and easy. I had gotten sick from another venue and they took the best care of me. This is one the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s flawless!
