Very nice beach, very hospitable staff, great view, comfortable accommodation, overall very pleasant and relaxing experience. Highly recommend.

The internet was not as good as you would expect but the problem is not only with the WiFi but also with the mobile internet

Buffet could be richer

The location is okay, but there is a lot of windy moments in a days especially in mid to late September which We did not expect that much, but it is not far from other places and beaches so if you are with a car, you can go wherever you want. Breakfast and Dinner was good, and the meat was great, but everyday is the same meals served, the desert is the thing which Hotel can change and be more creative with it (everyday jelly is really bad) if there was no muesli in the morning and honey i would die :) Please do more with the desert part. Cleanliness of room is really good. And everything is perfect 9.5/10 for that.

WiFi - horrible 0/10 -> advice for Hotel to improve internet as it is not working anywhere especially in the second building of hotel, there is no even network at all. I have tried to connect multiple times on 3 different networks when I was near the routers but without success. It is not working at all :( advice to customers: if you need internet prepare biggest package in your countries if you are staying in this hotel. Desert - 1/10 -> jelly everyday as desert. Meals was kinda same everyday.

The food was terrible, all the beach chairs were reserved by people . They would leave towels there all day long, and at night

Location is very good and staff are polite.

The rooms were very nicely equipped, however the floor was not clean, and it didn’t get cleaned for our whole stay. Nobody changed our bedsheets nor towels for 4 days

Breakfast and dinner are low-cost type: not diversified and very poor, even low quality of food.

On the beach.

The check in was in a different building. No hotel services. No mini bar or water. No sea view, despite what we were told on booking. The meals were serve yourself buffet style with no gourmet options. The dinner service closed at 9:00pm and the lights were rudely turned off. The food was plentiful but kind of basic. The all inclusive bar had limited selection of liquor.

Seafront location with a nice beach and swimming rooms. Modern and clean rooms.

The way they serve food was terrible, canteen style queuing with many people and food dumped into plates. Staff was working hard and may seem a bit stressful if not arrogant.

The place right on seaside, the facilities are ok, the beach is very nice. The place is quiet and perfect for family vacation.

The laundry should be done better. The new changed towels do not smell very clean. There was no Internet in the rooms and very poor Internet in the public area. The breakfast was too basic and same every day. The serving of meals was too slow due to lack of staff, which made the restaurant too crowded during Coronavirus period.

We booked and paid for 2 days on basis of All inclusive, but in the hotel missed restaurant, we were advised to go in other hotel nearby the property where we stayed, it was for first day and on the second day the Manager sent us to hotel 3-4 kms faraway. We used restaurant Gorgona and paid additionally for our food and drinks. Please take care if you go in this place to not pay in advance, as we did and then we paid double for food and drinks!
