Nice location in Le Gossier, with a lovely private beach you could rest on. Grand parking lot, you don’t need to worry about parking issues. Secured with safe doors and many guards. Extraordinary Service! I carelessly left my camera in the room when checking out. Many thanks to manager Delphine and the team, after quite a few work of communication through overseas email and phones, which spent a week for a few rounds, they managed to find and send my camera back to home country. Many thanks for their patience and dedication to client’s needs.

Facilities in the room are little bit aged, but still neat.

It was a very spontaneous booking, as our ferry to Dominica was cancelled very late, but we we're welcomed and helped with everything we needed for waiting out a storm. Nice bar and good breakfast. We didn't try the lunch/dinner at the hotel (because there were several small restaurants just outside on the road with superb food). Not many people on the beach in the AM.

Not much to dislike. The things we needed worked, but because of the spontaneous nature we didn't try a lot. Mostly waited out the time to the next boat.

This is a perfectly good hotel, although in places it's a little outdated. My room was clean and comfortable, There was a good choice at breakfast and even though it was busy, nothing ever seemed to be missing. The beach was perfect for relaxing and never too busy. Food and drink in the bar is on the pricey side, but there's other cheaper options nearby. There's car hire options right outside the entrance and there is a courtesy room where you can take a shower after the official checkout time, before heading to the airport. It's about a 15 minute walk into Le Gosier centre.

Centrally located, very nice beach, excellent breakfast. My room wasn’t ready on time so they upgraded it with the one with sea view. Sincere recommendation.

There is a strange smell on the beach occasionally though I had similar experience when visiting some other beaches

Close to the beach, spacious balcony, well functioning air conditioning, great view, nice staff. Tasty breakfast and lovely beach bar with colourful drinks and tasty food.

The room needs a bit of renovation but it was clean and well functioning.

Everything was old, especially the kitchen. Some things needs to be renovated.

I loved the hotel area community in which this property was situated because it allowed for easy access to restaurants and night life at night. It felt safe with soo many other tourists walking within the space as well.

The elevator hardly worked and carryign heavy bags up two floors was not the welcoming experience.

It was everything it was billed to be...convent for everything clean and comfortable...would stay again

No agent available we had to wait 4hrs for a cleaner to arrive to collect a glove that was left in the room .... but cleaning staff who dealt with us very very friendly

We read the reviews of the hotel when booking and they were not great but having stayed there I can say we loved the hotel, the rooms were nice, clean and comfortable.

The buffet was not very good and I think there was not much value for money. One down point is the fact that being in the Caribbean there was no much entertainment.

We really liked our apartment (Prado Building), the great beach for swimming as well as the nice beach bar. The staff was friendly and nice. Great start for our holiday
