It is a pretty modern hotel, neat and clean. The only thing to improve if possible is the noise isolation cause I could hear those walking outside on the elevator, I may have good hearing but, just check it.

The modern accommodations, accessible staff, the Old Fashion at the bar is highly recommended.

I liked that we finally have another option in Guyana. Room is comfortable, bathroom good size and clean. Staff is well trained and always willing to help, extremely nice and supportive.

Restaurant hours is a big issue; I arrived 2;30pm and I was hungry but there was no food at all. Receptionist was super nice to order food from a restaurant down the street. the big issue was; the manager sent a girl to tell me I could eat outside food in the restaurant or lobby area; that I could only eat what is sold by the hotel. I said, I would but you have no food for me to buy! Terrible decision from the manager to request me to stop eating when they have no food for guests. Answer about food availability received from the hotel was unacceptable. Also, I had to leave without invoice, girl at reception declined to give me an invoice because I made the reservation on Booking.com. The credit card was charged by hotel upon check-in, why no invoice? I have to mention that credit card charge was higher than booking.com rate; the hotel use a different exchange rate. Be careful! Do not expect me back in this hotel.

The hotel is brand new & the room size is decent.

The food was awful, the staff is poorly trained & the location is boisterous & loud with both people & vehicular traffic. The rooms are not sound proof.
