The location of the property is good. We’ve been stay here a couple times already and will keep returning. Love the outdoor pool area, that’s one of our favorite spots when we’re not on the balcony soaking in the beauty of the view.

The rooms are in need of updates and maintenance for sure sure. The shower situation is terrible. Very dirty and ours was broken. The ac needs cleaning as well, Worked fine but when the blades rotated you can see the dirt. A suggestion would be when house keeping is cleaning rooms to wipe the floors in the room. Our room was not cleaned twice but once we called they did come. But still, I felt uncomfortable calling to ‘complain’. My hope is that the hotel gets updated, we love coming here. Please start little updates.

The location is great. The hotel is good.

In need of a lot of maintenance/upgrades. The shower head & fittings were horrible, we truly didn’t complain because we were already unpacked & didn’t want to possibly move. The elevators most definitely need maintenance, we got stuck one night & so did a couple other ppl, the front desk said this has been happening and it will get serviced, wasn’t serviced while we stayed. The pool house needs works, the doors have no lock & some are partially broken. The breakfast spread some days was very sad. My family & I love this hotel, we truly hope it gets the updates & upgrades it deserves, it would go from good to excellent. Please invest into some updates

I was impressed with the hotel and the facilities on offer. Our room provided a great view, spacious and clean. Overall the staff were very friendly. One of the servers at breakfast named Jalessa was exceptionally attentive and extremely professional. However, the check-in process could use improvement. The staff were slow and appeared unsure of the regulations, causing a delay and forming a queue.. A more streamlined approach would provide an enhanced service. No lifeguard (running late) on Sunday am, resulting in the pool remaining closed. We checked out without spending some quality time in the pool.

The breakfast on mornings; The friendliness of the staff; The availability of so many amenities, including a gym and a playpark; The nearby shopping mall Regular cleaning of the room

The water was not hot in the shower at night; Two of the recessed lights in the bathroom were not working so it was difficult to see to shave; The condition of the gym equipment - does not seem to be maintained; The difficulty in changing from the more expensive room to the less expensive one and being reimbursed the difference

This is my first time staying at this hotel ,one of the checking staff shouldn’t be at front desk, first impression counts, Staff at front desk need some five star service training. Also checking out I told young ladies Food morning more than once ( Good morning no response she was focus on her phone. The room didn’t have a remote so I call front desk the came up but the remote was wrong, he leave to get right remote, he never return.

Staff need training.

Good location between Georgetown and the airport, excellent friendly and welcoming staff and a lovely pool.

I had a an issue with my room but was moved to a larger room so cant complain.

The poolside restaurant is great for dinner, but breakfast needs improvement. There are too many local dishes and limited international options for foreign visitors.

Staff, I had to wait 50 minutes to get a sandwich because there was a cricket game. When I asked the waitress about my order, she rolled her eyes at me and unwillingly went to the kitchen to get my order, which was not hot at all.

The hotel room was big and comfortable with tv,, Kettle ,balcony and a wonderful view of the Demerara river. It was always clean. Water pressure was good and towels, toilet paper etc were supplied as needed. The casino was fantastic!! Won some money and bought food in the delightful poolside resturant. The Free breakfast was wonderful- a different menu each day-- buffet style-- simply delicious. All the staff were kind , helpful and polite. There is a wonderful gift shop inside the hotel that u can get from clothes to simple medications and staple food items / snacks. The mall across the road from the hotel has all the major food outlets and a Massy grocery and much more. You can get taxis, maxis, etc right in front the hotel. I enjoyed my vacation. GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY. I will definitely return to Ramada Princess hotel. Ps- loved that they had a kettle in room so i could make a cup of tea whenever i wanted to. They also supplied tea bags and coffee sticks with coffee mate !! Simply lovely. Keep up the good work.

No face towels in bedroom. Better lighting in bedroom area Need small fridge in room Toilet doors near pool need lock repairs.

This hotel is ideal for a stop over in Georgetown when travelling on elsewhere. It is a bit outside the centre and so you would need to use a taxi to visit anywhere from here. The room was very spacious and clean with lovely facilities. It was great to have some tea and coffee making facilities and plenty of bottled water to use. The food was reasonable and very nice cocktails. There was a lovely swimming pool though we didn’t have time to use it. Having a cash machine in the lobby was really useful as there aren’t many around!

Some drinking water dispensers would be great to fill up reusable bottles rather than needing to use plastic bottles. The entrance lobby is quite dark and gloomy and doesn’t give a great first impression.

The location and all the amenities that come with the place. The food was pretty good and staff were nice.

The tv hardly worked for about 2 days and it only had 3 channels. The shower needed to be cleaned thoroughly. I was annoyed with the fact that for 2days I asked for towels didn’t get until it was almost time for me to leave.
