The hotel was beautiful with Exceptional customer service. I love how accommodating the front desk was. Thank you to Francesca for being so professional and so attentive to our needs. GREAT JOB!! We enjoyed breakfast and our time at the pool. We will definitely go back for a longer staying.

I was hoping that they have live entertainment at night by the pool or outside. I would have liked to listen to some troubadours and some great music

The quality of service, and the food is always good. They have a new Manager from India, he’s really kind and well qualified. He resolved problems with fast understanding and always ready to help

Simple the fact I can’t get a early checking because I am a reaper guess and if I’m not mistaken only for the past year of 2024 I stayed at this hotel at least 8-12 time minimum

This place is really a nice to stay with family or friends trip safe and nice everything organized the rooms are clean service on point

Staff are very professional and friendly. They know what they are doing. Haitians putting their best for the vision of the hotel. The Quality of the food, the professionalism, the respect, the customer service abd so one were top notch.. They job is well done and maintained by youngsters.. security guards are excellent. I even contributed to the cleaning.. because I considered the place as Home.

Please allow customers to Tip off the staff. They are working hard and are professional. They are not greedy. We should value and teach haitian that tip is not a compensation, but its to thank people for their astonishing work ethics and service

The brunch

You guys need to work on the cleaning part , too much dust and roaches im the rooms . Also for the tv work on having cable , not everyone goes on youtube .

My stay at the NH el rancho was amazing, when I first arrived,Nareca Jean Pierre was super helpful with everything , she has great customer service and is very people oriented. I enjoyed the amenities the delicious food and drinks. I will definitely be staying here again!
