We loved the proximity of the ocean, it’s right in front of you and you walk out from the main patio and there’s the beach. You can even see it from your window. Also the amazing bathtub!

Nothing, everything was perfect. It’s a bit of a drive from downtown La Ceiba, but the owner has a driver he uses and he’s reliable and affordable. So ask the owner to put you in touch with Miguel!

Great place right on the ocean, beautiful beach and nice sand. Pool was perfect and very clean. Amazing food and cold drinks as well. The owner is a great guy and worked with us around our schedule. Would absolutely stay again.

The property was extremely clean and located on the beach. The room with the beach view that I stayed in was extremely clean and comfortable. The food was great for every meal and it was served in very big portions.

Everything was perfect. I have no negative things to say about this place.

Our lovely welcome and the lovely owner and staff who were very helpful despite our lack of Spanish! on out first night they arranged a very romantic table for us by the pool as we were their only guests! (the advantages of visiting out of season!) also the superb views from our room and bathroom of the ocean. Wow! oh and the hammocks.

The beach is magnificent but sadly there’s a lot of rubbish and plastic washed ashore. A community drive to try and collect it would make a big difference.

This is my second time at La Delphina and I enjoyed even more my stay here. I had an ocean view room which was very spacious, comfy bed, love the bathtub and its view and the bathroom was big enough and very clean. The room was well equipped with a mini fridge, coffee maker, water dispenser, a desk in case you need to do some work and a table with 2 chairs for having some room service. There was a small balcony where you could sit back and enjoy the sunset. I really loved everything about it . The hotel had had some improvements since the last time I was here. Now there's a game room with a pool, a foosball and a pinball table. The pool has a bubble and foam machine and everything else just looks very colorful with awesome murals. The staff and the owner Richard were very nice and friendly as always. I'd definitely come back to La Delphina if I'm making another trip to the north of Honduras.

The staff said no market till la ceiba, we met a very lovely lady who lives in the neighborhood literally a 5 minute walk who sells beers for a quarter of the price of the hotel and food. Did not have lampiras and lady took us on her motorcycle to a Market that took credit cards Maybe 7 minutes away, so loads of cheaper markets as the hotels beer and food is way over priced. The hotel has zero beach chairs and beach towels, excuse was that beach vehicles come by the beach which has nothing to do with the chairs. Bad mosquitoes at night. Very akward location for taxi drivers.

The owner was extremely helpful with making us feel at home and arranging taxis. We had an unexpected change in our plans and wound up staying there, turns out we had a great 1 night and next day, he let us hang around after checkout until it was time to move to the next hotel. The food was really good, beer was very cold, everyone was really friendly, the owner was great to talk to, and they have a nice pool. When we arrived he didn't have the room we selected, so he upgraded us for the same price!!! The location is about 30 minutes from La Ceiba, but worth the ride because its very quiet, on the beach, and has everything there. Also, the shower has hot water, the room had great ac, lots of plugs for charging, and a very comfortable bed!!!

Richard and the staff were very kind to me. I spent 3 weeks there alone, and It felt like home. I was cared by all of them. Their recommended me some tours also. The food is from another planet, I felt in love with it!!! The beach is beautiful and very peaceful. If you come to Honduras, you should visit La Ceiba. And definitely be at La Delphina!!! Forever thankful to them!
