The photos online did this place no justice! Its breathtaking! More beautiful in person! I adore how cozy the property feels, creating a perfect atmosphere for guests to unwind. Its proximity to the pool and walking distance from the beach adds to its charm. The cleanliness and beauty of the place are remarkable. The staff exceeded my expectations, with everyone being incredibly warm and welcoming. I'd like to give a special shoutout to the manager, Andres, and waiter, Moises, who made my birthday celebration truly exceptional! I loved the Swedish massage as well and the fact that a fitness center was available!

I suggest enhancing the air conditioning system in the rooms, as they didn't seem to sufficiently cool down despite the heat and humidity. Additionally, incorporating some form of entertainment would be beneficial, especially considering that the bar closes at 10 pm. I feel like the breakfast food could be better as well.

All the facilities room, bathroom, internet, garden, swing Pool, dining facilities was excellent, the food was very good, but I think very expensive.

I made my reservation by booking.com and I pay one amount as per the web site but suddenly when I arrive they charge extra 387.00 USD and after they said they cannot return the cash, that is a bad decision from the hotel to push the client to spend the extra money they charge, at the same time they block my credit card because that extra money they charge exceed my credit.

The rooms were large. The bed was very comfy and the air conditioning worked well but it was loud.

The road getting to the hotel was full of holes. The coffee provided in the room was so weak and only 1 sugar, creamer and sweetener for a pot of coffee. The food was bland The bars didn’t provide the same things so you had to go to another bar to get the drink you wanted.

Rooms were clean, attention was outstanding, the facilities are inpecable as always, the beach was clean, all comon areas were suitable and clean, food was amazing, overall a good place to stay!

The villa that I was assigned to, was too far from the restaurants and the beach. I think it would be great if you could communicate to your customers that there are mosquitoes around the area and to take preventive measures for these or if the hotel could provide mosquito repelent within the amenities.

What an amazing place to relax and rest. We travelled with family and our 3 small children. The 2 double beds worked well for us. The separate bath from the shower was so practical for us. The balcony/terrace allowed the kids extra space to run around and play, but there was ample seating by the coffee table too. There’s a coffee machine in the room and fridge for chilling drinks. We liked the room service option as it rained during our stay. The kids enjoyed the golf buggy ride to the room with bags, and the complimentary umbrellas helped us walk the last of the decked route to our lodge. The beach was so nice and clean. It’s private so only other Indura users there, so great for families. The water is quite choppy in February, but refreshing from the heat and good for wave jumping for the kids. There is a gym with basic equipment that should suffice the average gym goer. We didn’t get to use the spa facilities but they look lovely. Lots of fun was had in the pool areas. We used 2 of the 3 pools with our children. There’s a nice little pool bar who made us some virgin daiquiris too.

There are 2 areas that probably need work: 1. the potholes on the road down to the resort are everywhere. If you want an off-road experience then this is the place, but not for the faint hearted. 2. the menu choices are limited especially for vegetarians. There wasn’t a lot on the lunch and dinner menus for our children, and they don’t change from day to day. However the Valentine’s Day set menu down at the beach was beautiful and delicious (unfortunate about the mosquitoes biting).

This is a beautiful spacious resort with direct access to the beach. There are several pools to choose from or the beach itself with clean sand and water. The rooms are lovely lodges with separate square baths in the closet area and a separate shower bathroom. The lodge has a large terrace area for chilling outside. In our case we went with the nature view and not the beach, but it was lovely looking on to the tropical trees and shrubs. Although there was rain when we arrived there’s a golf buggy shuttle to the walkway to your room, to move us and luggage, and umbrellas for guest use available from the reception.

The menu choices for lunch and dinner were a little limited and don’t change very much. However you can get room service. Plus the road to the resort is full of potholes, which can make it a long 6km down to the private resort. However it is a very private resort with a beautiful driveway when you are on site.

It was very clean and the staff was very nice. I liked that it had a private beach. The food in the restaurant was very good.

It has nothing to do with the resort, but Google maps wasn't correct. It takes you to the wrong place.

Pool is beautiful and well treated, rooms are spacious and well decorated, delicious food, nice beach access.

Only one coffee serving per room, mosquitoes at beach restaurant are no joke, they will devour you alive specially at dinner time. No breakfast fast included at $1k per night for 3 rooms, no elderly discounts for my mother. They kicked us out by noon.

Very clean and beautiful place.

There's not many options for food and entertainment. The ally to the room is very dark, the electricity was out there time in one night. There was a wedding and they had to put in hold for these issues. It would be great if they installed a screen on the terrace the mosquito will eaten alive if you're outside after dusk. The reception never answered the phone, while I was trying to communicate with them before booking.

Huge room with multiple spaces, which felt very comfortable. Good wifi signal, bath and separate tub, fridge, TV, iron, toiletries. Nice beach. The restaurant was a bit overpriced, but had good food. Staff were nice.

Great for a quiet time away, but lacked personality and atmosphere. Didn't seem to have anything geared for after hours.
