The hotel is a small, likely privately owned place that has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We stayed in the “apartment,” which was the only available option for a family of three, and it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and provided a good start to the day. Most importantly, the staff stood out—they were very kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay more enjoyable.

Although the apartment was pleasant, the facilities felt a bit worn out and somewhat outdated. While everything functioned as expected, the décor and general condition could benefit from some refreshing to match the otherwise warm experience. Overall, the hotel was fine, but a little modernization would make it much more appealing.

Staff was nice while checking in, the room was perfect for us, we're on a holiday for the weekend. Location is perfect, it's a 5-minute walk away from the railway station and the Velencei lake. But in a brisk 20-30 minutes you can even get to the market place, visit the aqua park or drink Agárdi pálinka at the factory. The breakfast is in their own restaurant that deserves a visit on its own right.

The rooms are not that well sound proofed. It was a soccer game one night, and you can here everything through the windows, but also your neighbor's alarm clock...

Comfortable room and great staff. Staff washed clothes for fee and we were able to dry them on our patio. Included breakfast and great restaurant and staff available. We really enjoyed visit and staff were very helpful and spoke English! Also grocery store nearby. Appreciated mat for shower floor.

It would be nice to have clear directions when coming from train to front door as it was confusing with a restaurant, not theirs, on backside. Also coffee pot or hot water for tea in room.

The reception staff is amazing 👏 Overall it is an amazing place!

The bathroom could have been cleaner for example behind the door BUT I don't necessarily blame the housekeeping staff, I do hope the management leave and pay enough time for cleaning. We had a tiny 'misunderstanding' with the restaurant staff about the dinner BUT as we sorted out between us -so I don't wanna complain in details.

It was easily accessible from the highway, the food at the restaurant was good and we had 15% off because we were guests at the hotel. The room wasn’t big, but very nice. The staff spoke English and were helpful. Parking was close and included in the price. Nice ice cream place right across the street.

There was a bug in the room and no balcony. Prices are pretty high.

It is a very clean and modern place, the staff is nice and helpful. The restaurant is next to it with nice food and an excellent breakfast. People who stay in hotel have discount in the restaurant which is nice. The hotel is beautiful also outside and has free and huge parking space.

While the hotel is close to the lake itself, it is also close to the railways and train station, on which surprisingly, trains pass every 5-10 minutes even during the night, which can be loud.

Everything was perfect

Close to the lake, only a couple of minutes walk. The room is nice with a balcony and aircon, which was needed in the heatwave. Breakfast is lovely, just need to go early, it tends to run out.

Really modern clean room, good shower and comfortable bed. Wardrobe with lots of hanging space. Air conditioning was good. Good buffet breakfast, Restaurant was first class serving a good choice of dishes. Amazing helpful staff.

Everything available the hot food went a bit cold if you were in later otherwise no issues
