Close to the hot springs, entry ticket is included, could book additional treatment, there is a small sauna and a small thermal swimming pool working till 22, after the main thermal swimming pools are closed.

They started cutting trees in the yard before 8 am, so the noise woke us up. Our room was on the first floor and clearly heard people walking in the room above us all the time.

Central, Thermal bath accesible, entrance fee included in accomodation. Good breakfast. Exceptional, stylish restaurant 'Hársfa Étterem' at about 300m distance, with delicious hungarian dishes, you must try.

Referring to earlier complaints about breakfast: I can confirm improvement (compared to our last visit on 11/2021): all items of the buffet were sufficiently and timely refilled. Choice and service provided is OK for ***hotel now. All staff (reception, restaurant) was friendly and professional, check-in and check-out was smooth (also an improvement).

Breakfast: wider choice of fresh fruit (not just everyday watermelon) would be nice. More thorough cleaning of the room as well as the restaurant facilities would also enhance overall impression (2 cobwebs found within the room right upon arrival is not OK...) Spa: 2 out of 3 days spent open wellness pools didn't reach the declared water temperature (33-36°C), several guests complained but no action apparently taken.

Dinners were ok, but the pastry at breakfast were terrible, no cereal pastry and it looks at least 2-3 days old:-(

The hotel room was nice and clean, we also liked the pool area.

The restaurant - the tablecloths were dirty, the dishes were not washed properly and still wet, some cups and dishes were cracked, the glasses looked dirty, although they might have been scratched from the dishwasher. Even food one would expect to be served warm was cold at the breakfast (eggs, sausages). The dinner was tasty, but we could not tell what some of the meals were. The services of the restaurant were terrible.

Thermal bath usage is included, we could use it also on the day of check-out.

Our room was not in the main building bot over the parking lot.

The baths/pools were great! There were pools to swim and to just sit down and relax. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were helpful.

heating in the room - even the heater is on maximum it’s only fresh, not warm. Heating in bathroom is not working at all. Breakfast it’s ok for short stay but for longer stay it’s low variety. I’ve tried massage, it was great for a good price. Bring some cash as deposit for bathrobe (EUR).
