Breakfast was sumptuous. Behaviour of the majority of the staff was excellent! We had to extend our stay by a night which was accommodated by the hotel without much problem. Also, the initial rooms allotted to us were not to our liking, so the hotel made alternate arrangements for us the first night. Kudos to the team!

We checked in late at night. The staff member at the reception was on the edge. Wish a more welcoming person could be present for such off hours when the traveller is tired and harried.

The location is close to both the shops on CG Road as well as old Ahmedabad. The reception staff, all the staff in the restaurant were all very friendly and helpful. Mr Asif, the manager, leads by example and is very friendly. The vegetarian breakfast was very tasty and made a good start each day. This is a popular hotel and best to book in advance. We will certainly go back to this hotel when we travel to Ahmedabad. Our thanks to all the staff and their manager.

The restaurant gets crowded and noisy when they have wedding parties. There is a corporate meeting room and perhaps using that on busy days to move groups for breakfast would help

Clean no fuss place. This is my second time there and that says something. The rooms are well appointed and the best part is the shower. A good breakfast spread, wonderful location and professional staff are just added reasons to stay here.

We loved everything, the staff the amenities and the room was incredible. I am a frequent traveler and my partner also, We have stayed in many places all over the world and this place is up there with them. This is one of the best. The staff and reception people were extremely welcoming and as being foreign tourists from Australia this was very nice to see. They made our stay very welcome and were extremely courteous and polite throughout the whole stay. The food in the restaurant, The buffet breakfast and buffet dinner was exceptional, great value and quality for the money. The room was extremely spacious clean and very modern, bed was comfy air conditioning was incredible. The layout of the room and the bathroom was huge, terrific hot water. Super clean inside and out!! Definitely recommend that everyone stay at hotel carrefour once in their lifetime, if you're coming to Ahmedabad and you want an amazing place that's going to be super clean and tidy this is the place to stay. That was nothing we did not like about staying here everything was to our liking and the staff done everything they could to make it a pleasant stay.

Everything was very good. I liked the cleanliness and the hotel room interiors. Washrooms are really good. They have made the hotel keeping in mind the millennial travellers.

The staff tried to handover a basic room when I had clearly booked an executive room. They thought I would not know the room size, but I could figure that easily. When asked, they said it was done by mistake and gave me the room I had booked. Once that was sorted, all went great.

very pleased with the hotel. centrally located. good area. many hospitals and pharmacies nearby. room was very spacious and clean. comfortable bed only negative it’s a low bed so not good for people with knee problems. food was good at the hotel. had dinner a couple of times. staff were very good helped with me extending my stay even when they were booked.

This is one of the best hotels, and it is better than any good 5-star hotel. Fantastic room service, ideal for business hotels The staff provided very polite and prompt service. I would suggest some five-star hotels check their room service and the way they provide quick service.

Location is ultimate. Staff were courteous. Room was clean and tidy. Bathrooms maintained well. Overall a good family hotel to stay. Location is a big plus.
