They didn't give the room which I booked from the app and asked for more than that

Staff behaviour was quite good

Bathroom was not that much clean and neat

Not accepting online booking on site even though accepting and not allowing to live

we were not given any accomodation

Asked for extra money even though booked from Booking.com Bedsheet was torn and they never changed. Some bad smell in the room. TV wasn't working. AC stopped working after a while as they turned the mains off. Ordered food ..came very late but not at all tasty Towels were dirty No hot water

My Booking was not confirmed and I didn't get the room. Don't book rooms via any hotel sites, instead directly call your friends who are staying in that city and ask them to book on your behalf, at least some authenticity will be there.

How they make a fool out of you. Their confidence in lying and making money through fraud.

Please do not go to this place. Firstly, a very shady lane and a building. Secondly, even after you book or pay online, they will tell you it's full and ask you to look for a room somewhere else. If you put up a fight, they will ask for INR 1000 (double of what it shows here) to give you the room.

The worst hotel, I felt threatened to see the workers there and left the hotel asap. i didnt even stay there

The Property owner didnot confirmed our booking and we had to come back.
