rooms were the best seen at hotels i have travelled all over the world for this category and we had forgotten our air pods and they had found them and kept them for our collection after returning from our business trip .

breakfast was with limited variety,it took a long time to even check in ,even though it was after 3 pm . location is far also they need wipe the tables properly and replace plate mats . we had to speak to the GM and then the service level improved drastically

Everything is the short answer. It was a perfect stay in every way Location - I preferred the fact the hotel was on the outskirts and you could get to the busier areas of Ahmedabad relatively easy. The main road has multiple cafes / restaurents nearby within walking distance. Property - The actual property is a visual treat, felt like living in royalty, the architecture and design of the place is a mix of classical european with modern overlay. Very comparable to heritage hotels we often have here in the UK countryside. Room - Great amenities, very spacious, loved the fact there was so many water bottles in the room and all sustainable packaging. The room was spotlessly clean and the beds were comfy. Breakfast - Lovely spread of vegeterian indian breakfast options and omlette station. All freshly cooked and I enjoyed every bite of every dish that I had. All in all, an exceptional stay, I'm gutted i was only there for one night but will definitely return. A big kudos to the management for creating such a lovely hotel but also living up to the expectations in every manner. Best of all, I didn't feel that i was breaking my bank to stay in a place like this. I've stayed in comparable places and often paid double the price.

Breakfast is very good, with a good variety of made-to-order dishes. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are outfitted in old European style, which is a pleasant change from normal. Very clean overall.

It would be good to have one or two more choices for fruit juices in the breakfast menu.

WE needed a hotel within striking distance of the airport. The hotel is easily reached, has a good restaurant, rather over-the-top decor, but lovely helpful staff. Nice bathroom, large bedroom, all very clean and at a very fair price

What a fantastic experience! The staff at The HILLOCK are attentive and efficient. They ensured we got an early check in and a late check out as requested. Beautiful interiors and delicious food made the experience even more memorable. Grateful for having chosen this property, will definitely visit again. By far one of the best stays. Book without hesitation.

The property was exceptionally beautiful in and out just as shown in the pictures. All the amenities and services were great and the staffs were really helpful.

Gives royal feelings, very comfortable beds, clean and tidy. Staff in restaurants are very friendly and accommodating in special food requests.

Room above banquet hall is not sound proof and you can hear loud sound as well as vibration.

Easy check in from competent desk staff. Room of a high standard with plenty of room and a comfortable bed. Bathroom clean and modern. Restaurant food and service of a very good quality.

There was nothing to dislike.

Front desk needs to have more trained Concierges. Front desk decided to pick up a phone call before attending to me when I arrived for check in.
