An excellent experience right from the moment my taxi pulled in. Everyone from the doorman to the front desk staff were personable, professional and welcoming. i had booked my reservation aboprofut 15m prior to my arrival and I was greeted by name. The bellman was attentive and very professional. I had not slept very well in the last few days so I don't remember any names, but everyone was professional and attentive. The room itself was great. A little too far from the elevator, but just great. the beds were comfy and the water pressure in the shower was also very good. The amenities provided were also very convenient. I was only there for about 7 hours and wish that I had longer. Overall an excellent stay.

The beds were a little too high. I'm a tall person, so for me it wasn't an issue. But for shorter people, and children, it might be an issue to get up on to the beds.

The moment I arrived I was welcomed into this serene oasis with the smell of fresh lilies at the reception and a tranquil surrounding, a welcome change from the busy streets outside. The staff were courteous and accommodating from the front desk to housekeeping. Everyone displayed exemplary professionalism and warmth. The restaurant offered an impressive range of local and international cuisine and the service was quick, butter chicken boneless was awesome. The public areas and rooms are tastefully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The potted plants and gardens are lovingly tended, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. What truly sets The hotel is its elegant yet homely ambience, beautiful lighting and attention to detail. Breakfast 6:30 would be nice. Staff unresponsive, not friendly. Manager Ashish Rai is awesome and friendly. Tea is horrible. Birch Muesli is awesome, Indian section good selection and Gujarati food display excellent ( I just stuck on Birch Muesli for health options). Need to work on Masala Chai.

Masala Chai. Everyday different taste. No consistency. Couldn’t finish half a cup. Horrible. Lots of late night check in Kids running around 2-3pm ringing the door bell woke up 3 times in 7 night stay. Lockers issues called the security 3-4 times to fix. Instructions horrible and ripped off. Security Sonu very polite.

The location is perfect for people looking for a stay near the airport or the cricket stadium. It was so convenient for me. Staff were so nice! They had everything a good hotel would have, but they even provided two shoe shines. Food was fine. View into the pool area was really calming. Restaurant ambiance is very good. Nothing I did not like as such. It feels a little aged but thats not a deal breaker.

Did not like the fact I was charged and Extra Commissions for booking the rooms from Booking.com as this was not stated on the Website. The fact is all costs should be included when booking and not have a suberise bill once you check in by then is too late. If I knew this would never have booked this hotel. The fact is If the Hotel decide to advertise at comparison sites then they should be liable to pay the commission not pass this to customers

The hotel offers a diverse breakfast and provides plenty of drinking water in the room. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Its location near the airport was convenient for us. Clean rooms

It's quite far from the city center, with not much to see in the surrounding area. The main downside was the poor sound insulation in the rooms. And the prize was enormous due to the Coldplay's performance

I liked the place! It has a beautiful old-era type of feel. The rooms are large, really clean and well maintained. I loved the bathrooms!! Most importantly, I found the staff to be very courteous and helpful at all times. The food is good too!! Breakfast has a good spread and I enjoyed the variety...

Nothing really... the place was really comfortable

The Beds mattresses and Pillows were exceptional. I haven’t slept in such a comfortable bed in any hotel in the last many years i remember, including brand name hotels. Nice quaint property with an excellent breakfast.

Only 1 elevator per floor. Breakfast that I purchased separately was way more expensive than i thought - better to buy it with the room if you have an hour to eat.

I was disappointed to hear from the staff that they did not have any change when I was paying for additional charges. For a hotel of your caliber its disappointing. What do you expect a traveller to do in such cases? This seems to be trend in India." sorry maam, no change"

1. The bed was emitting strong smell of foam rubber, causing discomfort in sleeping. 2. Although, the AC had provisions to set temperature control to whatever ambient temperature we desired, it was not working properly. Even with 28 degree C set temperature, the ambient temperature was dropping to less than 22 degree C, causing disturbed sleep.
