The level of hygiene and overall upkeeping was above par. The staff, including the front desk managers were extremely efficient and courteous. Cherry on the cake was the hotel's location which is just opposite the beautiful Annasagar Lake. It was a very nice and pleasant experience for me and my wife to stay at The Fern Residency, Ajmer for two days and would surely recommend this property to others.

Since we had made our booking for 2 days i.e. 30th and 31st December, we thought of participating in the New Year's party which the hotel was throwing up at the terrace. Unfortunately the amount we had to pay wasn't much different to what the non-residents were being asked to pay. Ideally the hotel management should have kept the discounted rates for those who were staying in the hotel.

V good room and facilities - a new hotel, so v spic and span. Bfast was also v good with excellent options. Masala Chai was to die for. All else v good. Happily surprised by the quality.

No negatives really - the SAFE malfunctioned in our room and refused to open - but the duty manager and staff moved very quickly to open it for us - contacting staff all the way up the chain. Very impressed with the commitment of the staff - Duty Manager was v good - on duty at night and morning night of 5/12 morning of 6/12. We will certainly go back to stay.

The room was a bit small but it was very clean and had all the required amenities. The location was excellent as it was in the middle of the commercial district. The food in the restaurant was really nice.

The maintenance was lacking. Our room AC filter was completely clogged and had to be cleaned while we were in the room. They should have a system of preventive maintenance.

Good location near the lake. Staff incredibly helpful. Didn't eat at the hotel. Car parking secure. Beds very comfortable and powerful showers. Linen and towels very good, place was clean and there is a clear brand presence which is translated into the amenities.

Problems trying to get the TV to work. Fan in the bathroom wouldn't turn off. Both of these issues are very capable of being remedied so I would encourage travellers to stay here.

Suite size was exceptionally large. Amenities in the room were quite modern. Location was central to the city. Whenever I ever come back to Ajmer, I will stay at this hotel only.

Hotel does not have its own airport pick-up and drop-off service and it uses a third-party for this purpose. It would be great if hotel can provide its own transport service to the guests.

It’s new property located at main road from where we can access prime tourist spot easily. Mall and theatre is like next door if you want to shop or cherish yourself with latest movie. They kept my luggage for 12 hrs post checkout till the time I came back from city tour/Pushkar. Food is good and serving staff is very polite and supportive.

Location of the Hotel is the best part since its overlooking the Lake. Even the distance to the Ajmer Dargah is not too far, one can each there taking an auto rickshaw

The basement parking of the hotel is real challenging to reach in and get out. In case you are not an expert driver you should not try and get adventurous.

Our stay was very satisfying. We would like if the guest breakfast could be organised in any other hall but not the restaurant. Apart from the quilt which is available in the room one light comforter blanket should also be provided.

1.Staff right from reception to room service,polite,well mannered and very helpful. 2.Cleaning and maintenance of room was excellent.

Surrounding ambience could be better .But constraints due to bang on roadside.

Since there was no buffet served due to low occupancy but all things which we asked for were served fresh and hot. Great location
