Very good facility. Near to airport but little away from Lata Chowk and Saryu ghat. Excepting some minor drainage issue in bathroom, that were attended in time, rest was very good. Ambience , staff , restaurant , way of receiving guest , helping for luggage during checkout was exceptional. Food ( Lunch and Dinner ) was very tasty and good. Me and my family enjoyed the food and hospitality of staff who were very well mannered.

Pricing of your restaurant could be competitive. Breakfast taste, quality and price all needs tremendous improvement. Also quality of Tea .

Not very far from temple so easily can get auto or taxi. Straight road towards temple. Specious hotel and room. Restaurant is also very nice and good food

The room could be cleaner. The property is dated and needs refreshing. The travel agent charged us lot of money and service provided was not professional. Would never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Location wise it's top notch . As it's in between both the station Ayodhya Dham as well as Ayodhya Cantt . Located near Ram temple too . On Rampath a landmark property. Crescent is the decent restaurant inside the hotel.

The Hotel needs to maintain the cleanliness in it's inside as well as in rooms . Carpeting was dirty . On closer look it feels not so good. Pictures shall give you an inkling as to the state of affairs.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Happy to have nice restaurant within the property.

1. It would have been nice if there is something to do for kids. 2. Locations is bit further to temple 3. It would have been nice if they offer self airport services not through 3rd party.

Spacious lobby, dining area. Nice roof top restaurant. Good food. Toilet was clean.

Passage on the floor we were staying was not clean. Carpet was dirty. Room size was small as compared to the overall space the hotel had. No sitting space in room. Considering it’s only two years’ old, upkeep was not up yo mark.

It's a good property, but staff is not much trained to communicate with guests

Staff is not fully trained 1 on ist day they called and told us that breakfast is included you please come and have it , we had it and not charged to us. 2. When 2nd day we went for break fast , one of Staff told us that breakfast is not included, still we had it and they charged us Why it happend we don't know

On Saturday night there was programme in the hotel premises.It was too loud and was going on after 12.00 in the night. was awful in the night as windows are not soundproof.It was not expected when you are paying more than 10K per night.Horrible situation!

Very impressed with the hotel and staff. It was such a special time as I was there for Ram lalla's darshan! Food was excellent in the restaurant and breakfast buffet had loads of varieties! I loved how they did all the food in Indian flag colours on 26th of Jan and the flag hosting ceremony. Made it very special! Excellent place will recommend definitely!

We were upgraded to the suite without even asking. Staff was very helpful and the facilities were clean. Buffet breakfast was excellent and dinner was great too!

Bathtub could use an upgrade, but we did not use it, so did not matter to us.

Location, Staff . Wonderful location with easy access to Ayodhya and yet a good distance from the crowded streets of Ayodhya. Very quiet. Rooms were clean. Bathroom excellent .Staff was very helpful . Would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Ayodhya
