The facilities were bright, new and clean. We enjoyed the modern look of the rooms and the building. The dining room experience was fantastic. A great variety of menu choices were offered for both breakfast and dinner. The service was excellent. International standard of toiletries were provided in the bathrooms.

Limited parking spaces were available for a hotel of this size. We were disturbed by consistently loud repair work in and outside an adjacent room late into the night. The noise could be heard many doors down the corridor! This severely affected our ability to sleep after having just arrived in India from the UK.

I had a wonderful experience. The room was impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff was incredibly hospitable, always ready to assist with a smile. Additionally, the services offered were top-notch, making my stay enjoyable and hassle-free. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

Staff behavior, house keeping and breakfast were top class. Suman in house keeping deserves special mention for prompt service. Front office personnel, lady in the restaurant at breakfast served with warmth and high degree of professionalism.

Lobby. Its size and ambience does not match with the best in Aligarh.

Clean spacious room, good service from the staff. Gopal was especially helpful getting the bags off my motorbike.

No nothing all was as expected. Bathroom shower leaked, so water pooled around the toilet, nothing major though.

Breakfast was excellent. Can’t miss mentioning the name of Mr Akhilesh for preparing special ginger tea in cold weather for us. I observed he was taking full care of guests.

Even @ 1715hrs, room was not ready to check-in. We waited in reception for 15 minutes till room 205 got ready.

For me location is little bit difficult. There is no options of local transportation. Ubar and Ola was not accepting the request.
