All thing of there is perfect besides two thing was not good, they use one rooms material into other room whenever it's required which is too bad thing, every room should have fix equipment and material , when we entered into the room first thing I noticed that set up box of TV was not present as they use it to other room and other thing they disturbed us during ours resting by phone calling that their house keeper's need to collect our used lunch plates which we ordered in lunch time .

What I like most is You won't face any problem while check in or check out. The staff members are very comfortable and good behavior. It is neet and clean Hotel.

The price of hotel is Little More than you expectations

Room cleanliness, food and toilet condition, room rent is not as per room condition - tv not working, tv remote was not there. Even contact number of the hotel is wrong.(belong to other hotel).

Size of the room and cleanliness

kitchen very slow, have to wait till 8 AM for a tea, and all orders including tea takes a lot of time to serve, bathroom do not have proper bucket, mug and stool, no hard drinks and wi fi facilities and staff not very courteous

Nothing...the whole hotel is a sham.

The phone in the room did not work, the tv cable was disconnected, and the room door did not lock. The bathroom had pieces of paper stuck in the drain, the wc had a layer of dirt around the water edge, the taps made a screeching sound when turned on, the basin had an assortment of stains and was tiny, the sheets were dirty. There were frequent power cuts and the generator did not support the airconditioner. We ordered food from room service and were sent noodles to be eaten with spoons. We asked for condiments but were not provided the same. The lift got stuck and people had to be evacuated. The supposed buffet had Puri sabji and cucumber and tomato sandwiches with a dubious spread and a halwa for dessert. Nothing else. No fruits, no juice. We asked if there was anything else, they confirmed there wasn't. Then we pressed for eggs and they provided (then claimed it was only provided if specifically asked for). The basement parking was filled with an assortment of plywood and pieces of wood with nails in them, making it very dangerous for cars in addition to being a fire hazard.

Had repeatedly requested the hotel to provide the invoice but they are not providing it. This is really unprofessional. They are asking me to get it from booking.com whereas booking.com has clarified that invoice is generated by hotel. Is this the new way to cheat?

They didn't gave me tax invoice for stay. Neither Booking.com gave. Extremely unfortunate
