I was so comfortable and happy about staying Aiden by Best Western Hennur Bengaluru. Cleanliness and neatness in the whole property really speak of great attention to detail. The food, really, was amazing in every way. The various choices were really delectable, and the hotel itself kept Western standards, making the atmosphere even more welcoming in an elegant and comfortable sense. The staffs were very helpful and attentive, always wanting to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a clean, stylish, and hospitable place to stay.

Property was clean. Staff enthusiastic but require more training. Breakfast choices are good.

Rooms are cramped. Noise from adjoining rooms highly intrusive and disturbing. Staff need training. I noticed that room charges are different according to the guest. I paid about rupees 6000 per night whereas two walk ins paid 5000 and 4000 respectively. That’s not done!

Amazing experience at the Aiden. Staff were so friendly and helpful, they resolved issues immediately and courteously. Breakfast was diverse and tasty. Location was peaceful and serene, but close to plenty of shops and restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay.

The location is in a new area...no shops or restaurants in a walkable area. No alcohol at the hotel ...BYOB Front desk not able to take decisions for most everything they need to talk to manager and revert usually with not possible

Its a nice, peaceful botique property. The room size is good with all amenities. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet spread is also decent and food quality is good too. I had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Excellent quality and value and great service from the reception staff, and super comfortable beds! Very clean and great wifi.

Breakfast options were a bit sparse, some extras could be ordered but would have been useful to have a menu with all of those extra options to make it easier to know what was available.

Courteous staff always willing to serve with a smile and prompt. Overall cleanliness is very good. Room decor is decent for the value.
