The staff Mr. Biswa and Mr. Jay was really very helpful. Helped me to check in at 1:30 am in the night because of my train and personal issues. Really friendly behaviour and you can travel solo anytime you feel. They will give you a really friendly vibe. 😎

The behaviour

Very kind, helpful and nice staff. The owner and his wife themselves helped us out with finding various places in Bangalore as well as organizing our further journey. The rooms have everything you need: Hot water, clean bath and bedroom, as well as free filtered water in the hallway for refill. We enjoy our stay here a lot.

There were some problems with window and the flush but it was fixed immediately by the staff. Beds could be a bit more comfortable and apparently there was some construction work happening outside the hotel which we heard in our room quite late into the night.

Staff is cordial, multiple places near the hotel to eat or to order from. Best if you are traveling for work in offices on outer ring road.

Check-in was smooth and the proprietors were extremely helpful in every way. The room was cozy, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfy stay. There were many options for mood lighting, including a pink recessed ceiling light. Our favorite feature was the area carpet which provided the room with a luxury feel and helped with soundproofing too.

Cons The location is a little out of the way, tucked away in a pocket road. The geyser wasn't working which proved to be a problem as the weather was quite cold. And though the room was quite clean, there were a few fruit flies inside our room.

Walkable distance from silkboard bus stop. Very good for short stays. Staffs are very polite and helpful and understand our requirements. Rooms are compact and very clean. They are trying their best to provide very good accommodation.

Rooms may need little sound proofing to reduce noise from other rooms and walkway. But it is not too much.. but that is something hotel may focus on to make BR Inn a delightful success.

The behaviour of the staff and facilities were upto the mark. But there is room for improvement.

Sometimes the food orders delivery were delayed.

Awesome service. The people were really good and the hotel in itself was great with a superb terrace view. No disturbances at all and the room was also spacious and clean. They had good wifi and good room service. Would definitely choose this hotel to stay in Bangalore again.
