A no-frills property, best suited for work trips and I have used it several times. The wifi is great, air conditioning works well and I have always felt safe as a solo woman traveller.

They could improve the cleanliness of some of the rooms

The bed could have been better as it felt like it will break even with one jump of a child. We had to struggle keeping our child calm for not jumping on the bed. It was shaking like anything.

The AC started leaking the very moment it was turned on and it had wet all the pillow and mattress. As it was last day of our stay so we adjusted.

The location, reception staff, house-keeping staff were great! The check-in was also quite easy! :)

The coordination between TBC (the restaurant) and Astrasuites (the hotel) could be improved. For room service, the restaurant staff did not include the 15% discount on the order for the initial few days. We had to follow up, provide evidence to get that adjusted later.

Room was quite spacious with TV, AC, sofa and cupboard..hot water was available 24*7.. toiletries were provided.. staff were very courteous.. there was no problem with check-in and check-out... And the location is very good

Staffs over here are very very cooperative. Room is quite neat and clean, location is a prime location, breakfast is quite good over here. All amenities are available within a very descent budget, Prices are really affordable for a long stay.

Washroom is little small as compared to what I had thought initially rest cleaning n all is good. Especially keeping COVID-19 in mind they have maintained the rooms nd hygiene really well.

Breakfast quality has degraded since my last 2 visits to this hotel.

Overall value for money. Rooms are big and clean. staff is polite and takes care of your little needs. They cleaned my room daily and at this price you cant expect much.

located in prime location, eateries are a walk away.

Early check in requests are not logged and there is no proper lobby if someone has to wait.

No disturbance, good location.
