It’s had the classic vibe. Yes it’s old, but you can stay there fairly easily. The location is great, the staff is good, things work and the price is cheap. People might like brand new hotels - but how long a hotel remains brand new? You enter this place and you can feel - “someone designed this place with a lot of love, maybe a long time ago, but the love is still evident for those who have the eyes and taste for the classic”. The make is amazing (or was?), the colours are lovely, the decor gives comfort and it just feels “classic”.

Quite clearly the investment was returned, as it looks more like a dying place. A legacy it might stand for, but not maintained with same love as it was built with. I’d love if someone amps up their act to rebuild the broken pieces and recovers it to original glory.

Hotel was good.. clean and classic...Location was also gud. But the oly thing I noticed peculiar was .. water is logging in the restroom .. drains are not placed in where it should be.. otherwise everything was gud

Awesome Experience. Stayed for 2 nights and the service was good. Rooms are very small, ok for couples. Area, I loved it as there were a lot of restaurants until midnight. No need to worry about food

The property is actually a bit old so it can be maintained even better.... rest everything was pretty good

My experience with octave jamayca was very good the staff here is very polite and special thank you to mr. syed who guide me for everything, he is do well behaved.

The rooms are good, clean, spacious. They have tea maker in the room, safe, and bathroom has heater. Hospitality great.

For now the metro construction in front of hotel is disturbing. But once it's done, the place will be good

Only AC. No fans available. I pay approx 1500 per person but no complimentary breakfast. I was expecting a complimentary breakfast for this price.
