This hotel is in the heart of hard working community that assaults all of your senses at once but at the same time opens your eyes to every aspect of Indian life. All of the staff were fantastic nothing was too much trouble and went out of their way to help you, even the Managing Director made sure we had everything we needed. The food was great from the breakfasts, lunches and the bar snacks and restaurant food served in the rooftop bar, in fact the rooftop bar was a great place after a busy day to wind down with a drink and watch the IPL.

The mosquitos but that is part of life.

The spa wasn't in service, the all day restaurant had limited hours and slow service, the plumbing was poor and the shower overflowed due to a lack of seal at the base of the sliding door.

Comfortable stay with a clean and well-maintained room.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, but the surrounding area is dirty, smelly, and lacks nearby public transport. A short walk or ride is needed to reach it.

Very big and clean room, nice view to the backyard (rather than noisy street, which is often the case in India). I liked the friendliness of the personel during my breakfast, they were very eager to help. For the breakfast there was quite a big choice of meals, although there were not so many people in the dining hall when I was having mine. The personell also helped me to oder a car to reach the airport in comfort and with no issues. There were also some handy things in the room and the bathroom: comb, toothbrush, needles and threads, pins and clips as well as shoe polish.

The internet was not reliable, the speed was quite low and it disconnected me quite often. They are probably heating the water from the sun, so you should forget about having hot water in the morning. However, even when there is warm water, you have to wait for quite a while for it to reach you.

The hotel is near to my testing center during the exam. The staffs were very fast if you need something. Great Service

All staff are polite, respectful, nice and very professional, from the security, receptionist, housekeeping, waiter and even to the service driver who fetch me from and to the hotel.

the internet connection, most of the time I was disconnected. and I need to enter the user name and password every now and then.

internet connection is slow especially for me needing online studies and online related stuff..its not even easy to reconnect and connect for new password they are giving..

Clean, safe and comfortable and the small pool was good for a dip. Enjoyed the rooftop bar too.

Wifi on 2nd floor was basically unusable. Not a temporary problem either as I was there three days. The location isn’t prime but it’s okay.

Accommodated straight away after an early arrival by Jason, the night manager. Beetle Juice, a rooftop bar and restaurant, provided a good service by Ravi and his team. Also, excellent views around Bangalore city

I can't fault it in any way.

It is clean and convenient. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. The food in their restaurant was good.

So far only the net at times is slow. Otherwise all good.
