It is an amazing hotel, good with fabulous staff. The manager, Mr. Abu, was very courteous. He gladly upgraded our Standard AC Room to a Deluxe Room free of cost on its own, as we were three members including my son. His positive and helping attitude with a smiling face is really appreciated. Room service is excellent. Mr. Zaffar, the serviceman, is also an excellent person. On the way to Bangalore, I faced a minor accident that caused injury to my foot. After reaching there, Mr. Zaffar helped me a lot to recover from that. All other staff are very cooperative. The room and bathroom are well-maintained and have been cleaned regularly. It is really a nice experience staying there for around seven days.

MY stay at The Porch Inn from 8th June to 15th June and had a comfortable experience overall. The room was clean and the bathroom was hygienic, which I truly appreciated. During my stay, I noticed that the AC had a minor water leakage issue. However, when I informed Mr. Rocky at the reception, he immediately took action to fix it and also offered to shift me to another room. I chose to stay in the same room, and I appreciated his prompt response and concern. As for the food, I found it to be a bit too spicy for my taste, and the Schezwan Fried Rice didn’t meet my expectations. However, that’s a personal preference and may vary for others. A big thanks to Mr. Rocky, who was on night duty at the reception. He was extremely polite, humble, and always had a warm smile. He explained everything clearly at the time of check-in and was kind enough to suggest some good nearby restaurants and shopping areas. His helpful nature and positive attitude definitely made my stay more pleasant.

I had travelled for a conference held at the NIMHANS convention centre. The hotel is just 300 meters away from the convention centre.This property is probably the best for those visiting NIMHANS for academic or clinical reasons. The hotel has a very hospitable staff, I especially would like to recommend Abu, the front desk manager, who customizes care for you.The inhouse food has variety and is good. Zaheer, the waiting staff, took good care of the food service. The property can provide you taxi services also. I also liked the aquarium and tje array of novelletes in the front lobby. The hotel provides a variety of types of rooms and apartments to suit a wide variety of needs.

The room was clean, comfortable, and offered good value for money. Location is convenient for visiting Wilson Garden and walking to the beautiful Lalbagh Botanical Garden. Attentive staff with a good breakfast selection that was tasty and satisfying. Spacious room with a powerful hot shower, great lighting options, and effective AC and fans. There's a small exercise park right opposite the hotel, which was a pleasant bonus.

Significant noise pollution due to the hotel being right next to a main road. No windows to open for fresh air. The Wi-Fi speed was disappointing; mobile internet was faster. Thin walls meant I could hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms. No communal lounge area, which meant I had to eat breakfast in my room — not ideal for relaxation. Best suited for short stays rather than an extended, relaxing visit in my opinion.

I got room service even past the stipulated time. The staff was extremely helpful and catered to all my needs. I emailed the manager about 5-10 times before arrival and he responded to all my queries and doubts and I reached there in one go without any trouble, since I commuted from the airport to the stop located right opposite the hotel via the airport bus.

The hotel website has 2 domains for which one was showing an error like bandwidth exceeded - maybe they should improve on their online presence esp when someone searches for the hotel on google for location etc.

Good hotel in banglore. The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable retreat after a day exploring. Stay has extend for 5 days. The hotel's central location made it easy to visit nearby attractions. Very Closest to NIMHANS. Good and well trained staff. Best Location to roam around in bangalore city. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. It had everything I needed — comfortable bed, decent lighting, clean linens, and good Wi-Fi. The bathroom was neat and had all the basic toiletries. Parking was proper and safe. Staffs are amazing and they make sure you leave happy. Opposite there’s a beautiful park which you can go for a walk. Breakfast was tasty and ordered some food in dinner too, it was tasty.

Great value for a reasonable price. Staff are great and always there to help. They assisted me with my food delivery and money exchange on my first night, even handed me some cash as I arrived late until I exchanged money and gave it back. Breakfast was amazing and made us experience flavorful Indian cuisine. Special thanks to: Mrs. Madhuri, Mr Rajesh, Mr Debojit, Mr Abu and Mr Salim, and everyone in the staff for making our stay wonderful, would totally recommend for anyone, and would come back again!

We came to Bangalore for treatment in NIMHANS. We stayed in The Porch Inn hotel during our short visit to the city. Amazing hotel with fabulous staff. Great choice of food options together with excellent services. Short walk to the NIMHANS hospital. Guest relations Mr Abu made our stay memorable with all kind of help and a never-say-no attitude. They are not doing stuff just for the sake of money , and authentically caring for every guests.

From the moment we arrived, their warm welcome and professionalism made us feel at home. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any inquiries we had.
