The location of the property is excellent though the Room was too small; however, for the room charges, it seems alright. The staff were quite affable and responsive. The breakfast was OK, but it started only at 8-30 AM

The TV programs were not available, though the TV was functioning. Hot water was not available and in the current weather left with no option other than cold water bath. Bath cleanliness to be improved, as there are stains in the wall tiles.

Yes breakfast was excellent I enjoyed. And I recommend my bro to stay in this hotel and he enjoyed staying. Value for money and very good location. Surrounding locality is not that clean but overall ok to stay.

No bell boy to carry laggage this is the only which I did not like as the entrance to reception is in the parking basement.. had to carry huge laggage

Whenever I left room i gave for cleaning. They replaced the coffee, tea and water. Made the bed.

They didn't clean floor not the bathroom.

The location was very nice accessible to everything including restaurants, shops and bus connectivity. The hotel was very clean and the checkin and checkout process was smooth.

The breakfast was not that good. They use the same place to wash had and wash plate at the same sink. I stayed for 5 days and it was the same dishes everyday.

They we’re so so helpful! One night we asked for an iron box and 10 minutes later they had went out to buy one and came up with it to our room. The service and staff was welcoming, sweet and made us feel comfortable.

The overall appearance of the place isn’t that good, but the rooms are nice and clean!

Location is good near Jaya Naga shopping area and market and very near 3 Hindu temples, with local People community peaceful life. Hotel is new and clean. Staff are helpful.

Staff were very helpfull, room was modern and well appointed, breakfast was good. Handy location. Good TV reception with access to youtube.

Bathroom had a musty smell but NO evidence of rodents. The bedroom was spotless. Good hot water.
