The bedroom was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. There was a small table with a kettle, sugar, and tea, but no cup or spoon. It took more than one request to get those. A chair would have been useful, as unlike many, I don't like to sit on the bed The bathroom could do with some attention, but there was hot water from the shower, also shampoo and soap. I asked for towels, and was generously given two. The breakfast was very good, but I had to ask for a plate, which took a while because the staff there didn't speak English. Although check-out was at ten, I was allowed to stay until twelve, which was very helpful. The room boy was especially smiley and polite.

As the things I didn't like related so closely to what I did like, I've listed them together.

Villa Grand is a simple, clean hotel near Kempegowda Airport. The staff are very responsive. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished with two chairs, a plus if you are travelling with someone. There’s also an electric kettle in the room and a small restaurant. The shower is great and the breakfast was good.

The neighbourhood is congested, though it does offer other food options and small shops. The hotel is much further from the airport than indicated. On a rainy, congested week day evening, it was a thirty minute drive.

As there weren't many guests staying, the reception manager gave me a free upgrade. The room was spacious and very comfortable. He also booked a taxi for my early ride to the airport the following morning. The manager and the staff were polite and friendly.

As with my previous stay, it wasn't easy to sleep. There was a lot of loud talking, which echoed through the hotel. Also dogs barked during the night. These two issues are common in India, so really it's to be expected.

The property was clean, and the reception and staff were very helpful. Overall, it offered good value for the money.

The location shown on Booking.com’s map is incorrect—it’s actually a bit farther than indicated. The taxi driver initially took us to the property via a rough village road to avoid the toll fee, which wasn’t a great experience. On our way back to the airport, the other taxi driver took the highway, and the journey was much smoother.

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The reception staff was exceptionally welcoming and professional, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The rest of the staff was equally courteous and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. Overall, great service and a pleasant atmosphere.

Expecting 3-4 items during breakfast. Otherwise is was ok.

Very good price wise. Staff very helpful. Breakfast is ok but lunch/dinner on order is very good both in taste and price. laundry service very convenient and at affordable price. Location is good as in only about 11km from international airport but could have been better as shops and facilities arent exactly at walking distance from here. overall an affordable and comfortable stay in a quiet location. Great staff as well.

I am deeply indebted to the staff, because usually this facility is not supposed to take care of an ailing patient but without notifying them I got my ailing Father there and the staff provided me utmost care and attention without a slightest of complaint all through my stay there. Not even for a minute they made me feel that I did not belong there. I cannot forget their goodness ever in my life.

The hotel is impeccably maintained. Rooms are exactly as shown in the photos. The staff are well-mannered and eager to help. The location of the hotel is quite close to the airport. It took about 15-20 mins to reach the airport.

Nothing comes to mind. It's a very good hotel to stay and be close to the airport, at a reasonable price.

Location is great. Not too close and not too far from the airport.The staff was great and helpful. We called them and told that we will need a taxi for our travel to Isha foundation and then to airport. They arranged all of it. Great .

Better services from the attendant at the hotel although I had reached the hotel at about 12:10AM. But I have no complaints about it because of odd check in time..
