Was getting ready to check in- they refused. Told me to go ask the online provider. Claimed no room availability, very rude. Most of the reviewer there look pretty fake. And trying to make a decision on 10 reviews sucks. Terrible experience all round. I don’t see how booking. Com didn’t do any perfunctory check. Using the app for years- time as come to move on.
