The food was good especially what we ordered for lunch and dinner. Breakfast could have been better and needed variety.

We didn't get any hot water for bath on the three days we were there. Also the bathroom could have been cleaner. Staff could be a little more responsive and attentive.

The location is at the heart of the city & approachable from all directions. The breakfast has so many options, exceeding my expectations.

There is nothing which I can think of which I did not like in this property.

The suit was good, clean, well furnished, and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was really delicious.

The air conditioning was a little bit uncomfortable. The AC machine was not so cool. That's all.

Good value. Rooms quite basic but more than adequate and good for the price. Restaurant served local and Chinese food and again was good value.

The breakfast spread was not adequate They were serving boiled eggs but were not willing to serve omelettes though it was there on the menu

Staff was good and restaurant service was on point. All basic amenities included. Location and services nearby are a major plus.

The mattress was not comfortable, Two wheeler parking is scarce.

Property is good and well maintained with trained professional staff. Was little uncomfortable with the small size room for family, otherwise the service was excellent.

The location of the hotel is okay, however, finding the place is very difficult. Hence, it should be improved, so that, guest able to locate the place easily.

The ambience can be improved in the reception area. News paper or some good magazines can be there along with books and photographs of the nearby places of importance.
