The people, hospitality and their internal networks - the efficient word of mouth communication within the hotel. Special mentions go to Jagyasini - very nice, Shilpi - very nice, Adeep, Sohagi, Prachi, Riyu among the staff I interacted and felt very good. Further, Rithesh Kumar, Soumen Pramanick - very sincere chef, Pashupati, Anand Marwa, Dina Nath - impressed me with their stance and quality interaction,

The hotel definitely needs to change the carpet culture which is the haven for all dirt and unhealthy stuffs. It smells stuffy from corridor and the room. One has to get used to it after sometime. Most people may not raise this issue but it is fact.

We stayed in a suite, so no complaints as to the size of it or to the number of bathrooms. Ms Roma Shankar made our stay very comfortable. There was an issue with smell but the persistence of her staff solved the problem and we decided to stay on, after all!! Her team is very motivated! 2- MR ANIL and SWEETY in the restaurant and other team members took great care of us everyday and CHEF ROHIT AND CHEF NAYAK were GREAT!! The food is fresh and the menu has many light options like fresh fruits, juices, soups!! The food was so good that we ate there everyday morning and evening and hosted a couple of dinners there too! The restaurant staff is SUPERBLY trained. A cup of coffee automatically comes with the right spoon!! Extra stars for that! The only Suggestions which I would like to give is to better train the hospitality staff towards hygiene. It puts me off to see the same person handle a dustbin and clean towels at the same time. A second suggestion would be to include homestyle green vegetables to the menu… ghiya, bhindi, torris, beans etc - less oily, less spicy for people who are traveling and are sick of eating outside food. We travel a lot. We stay in hotels a lot. People like Chefs Rohit and Nayak ji, Anil Ji and Sweety are the ones who make a difference. They are the ones who give us a warm, home like experience and want to make us come back.( Please note that Sweety is super efficient and worth her weight jn gold!)

1) upon checking into the room, found the basin water leaking, was fixed immediately though. preventive maintenance and checking should be done to prevent such things. 2) very strong and uncomfortable strong smell of perfumes used in the common lobby and corridor area. was giving an impression that strong perfume is used to drive away the bad smell of air due to uncleanliness. would recommend to use a very mild perfume. we thought why should one use such strong perfume otherwise!!!

This is a fantastic hotel. We loved everything about our stay. The staff were amazing, especially Padma and Madhu at reception Anisha at the restaurant. The breakfast was most delicious with a wide variety of all food. The Christmas Eve dinner was exceptional with many live stations, roasts, curries, and desserts. A huge bonus is that the hotel is attached to a very upmarket mall.

I wish I could have spent more time at the hotel.

The room upgrade was a welcome surprise. Despite the incorrect info they had, they handled it well.

Mosquitoes in the restaurant during dinner. It took them multiple reminder over 70 mins to put the extra bed. Strangely they didn't have correct information about my booking from booking.com. Though they handled it well with the upgrade

Excellent hotel. Unfortunately only stayed for one night. Very clean, had a brand new feel to it, very helpful and hospitable staff.

Noisy neighbours in the room next door which meant I changed rooms but this was not at the fault of the hotel and the staff were very helpful in the early hours!

It was a wonderful stay. The staff is extremely prompt and polite, the facilities are supremely clean and the breakfast spread was a real treat! The staff at the check in, especially, Roma was very helpful and even arranged for the medicines to be dropped off to the room when my friend fell sick! Thank you Vivanta DN!!

It's a bit far from the main city, but ricks/ Uber etc is easily available.

I stayed at the Vivanta for 3 days (over Christmas and a bit longer) with my family. We were 5 and so picked a room and a suite that were interconnecting. This turned out to be a good choice because it allowed a family space in between 2 bedrooms and an extra restroom. The rooms were beautiful and the view was great, overlooking the city and highway. The restaurant was on the 3rd floor with an attached lawn. The breakfast spread was great and room service on time with a decent selection. The service overall was outstanding and my family and I carry back fond memories!

Nothing really. Perhaps an additional restaurant offering a different kind of food but even that is not important as one can go to many other restaurants.
