I spent a night at this property and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, allowing me to settle in quickly. The location was ideal, situated close to key attractions and amenities, which made exploring the area very convenient. The breakfast buffet was a delightful meal, featuring a variety of options, from fresh fruits to hot dishes, catering to different tastes. What stood out to me was their thoughtful service; when I requested a packed meal for my toddler, they happily accommodated me, providing a selection from the breakfast menu at no additional cost. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable, and I would highly recommend this place to others.

The hotel, though featuring older rooms, was impressively well-maintained, clean, and tidy. The staff were extremely cooperative and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. Despite the dated decor, the cleanliness and helpful service made the stay comfortable and pleasant.

The pool being outside the hotel made access inconvenient; it was also quite small. Rooms felt small despite spacious property. Otherwise property is worth of money

The property was easily accessible and extremely clean and the check in process was very smooth. Wasn’t expecting the rooms to be of the size and was pleasantly surprised. The gym and pool were also quite clean and aesthetically pleasing. Had a great time in the pool with my 2 year old son who thoroughly enjoyed the baby pool which was of appropriate depth for him.

Everything was good and up to the mark. The breakfast spread and quality deserves a special mention.

The staff without exception displayed excellent customer service, especially Isnahil in reception. The breakfast was delicious. There was a wide choice of food and drink. We had dinner at the hotel three times. The dinners were also delicious. The chef came to our table in person to check that we were enjoying our dinners. This hotel really provides value for money.

The fridges in the rooms are more wine coolers than fridges. They cannot get cooler than 17° centigrade. The lovely spacious accesible room had a shelf beneath the TV that made access to the wonderfully set up accessible bathroom impossible. We had to move the bed in order to access the bathroom. This can be easily rectified for future guests if the hotel simply removes the problematic shelf.

The corridor carpets need better cleaning. The male staff at the reception desk need to be more attentive to the guests. The breakfast spread was good and well managed by your manager. We had some guest over for dinner which was managed by you staff efficiently and the food was good. We would stay with you again on our next visit to Chandigarh.

Muskan at the front desk was amazing from the time I checked in (room upgrade) to the time I checked out (being sure I had access to wifi to get an Uber to the airport) and all points in between. Door staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is extensive and very well done, with a variety of Indian and Western options. (Hint: get the upma.) The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is well-stocked and refilled as needed. There will ALWAYS be 4 bottles of water in your room as well.

Seriously the only thing I wished was different was the fact that there's no large mirror directly behind the bathroom sink. That said, the mirrors that ARE there are eclectic and perfectly fine as well. It's a tradeoff.

Very nice hotel, excellent facilities and breakfast. Rooms very clean and nice beds. Love the cleanliness. Proper 5 star setting.

Hate the location, right in front of a dump and broken road. There is no place to go outside the hotel, except look at the broken road and traffic. Extremely hard to get taxi. Hotel is too too expensive for food, it is twice more expensive than you will pay to a any other nice restaurant in Chandigarh city. bar more expensive than USA. I won't stay here simply because of the location. It is opposite side of the road and taxi don't like to come this side as they have to make a u turn from Zirakpur which is painful. If you want to get locked in the room and stare at people in the lobby, then it is fine but if you have to go to bars and restaurants in the Chandigarh city, you will be pushing it.

Regular business rooms. Good and compact rooms with all facilities. In room dining was fantastic. Good taste n huge quantities.

The breakfast buffet was chaotic with on table items not getting delivered. The sausages were not good quality (tasteless, just some black pepper flavour). The double bed was 2 singles joint BUT the problem was the joint was very prominent. I had the bad luck of sleeping in the middle and the matress kept poking me.

Having been to their other properties, I admire Radisson’s services. This was our first stay here in Chandigarh. From convenient location to courteous prompt services of staff and cleanliness all were excellent. The breakfast was very well laid and refreshingly sumptuous. We even requested to speak to chef Narendra who was kind enough to meet us and explained how one particular dish which we had liked very much, was prepared.

Everything in the hotel. Rooms, staff, etc. I would like to thank you for everything during my stay. They memorised my friend's birthday with their efforts for me. Thank you again

Breakfast. Like his name there is a lake of morning breakfast. Please improve your food quality. Idly was not properly cooked and not so much variety of fruits. Here hotel need some improvement. Either everything is very good.
