Staff are the stars here. They are always happy and willing to help. We had a great guy who cleaned our room. His name was Shobob, and worked on the 6th floor. He even found some of our items and came and found us to return them. He was so lovely!

There is a bad smell at times. We actually swapped rooms due to this issue. The drinks in the bar were a little expensive.

My stay at Hometel Hotel in Chandigarh was outstanding. The hotel's high cleanliness standards and welcoming atmosphere stood out. The staff's friendliness was exceptional, and they went above and beyond during a late-night departure. When our pre-booked Uber didn't respond, the reception staff swiftly arranged an alternative taxi, preventing a potential travel mishap. This quick and efficient response saved us from missing our flight. I'm grateful to the entire staff for their exceptional service and dedication. Thank you for making our stay memorable and stress-free.

Nice location, food was good. Good ambiance and infrastructure.

The room provided to me was quite small, it also didn't have a good view. Although the room and bathroom amenities were decent but the space wasn't adequate as compared to other Sarovar properties I've stayed at before. The shower room could not fit me and I'm a thin man.

A big thanks to the dining staff and security guard Prem Singh. They ensured our stay was comfortable and helped us out to the maximum. We have stayed at Hometel before and it remains our choice of stay in Chandigarh.

The check-in/check-out staff need to speed up their work. We got the room without a lot of the usual amenities like dental kit, slippers which we had to ask for later.

I enjoyed the breakfast as there was lots of choice and food was amazing . Staff were so polite and go above and beyond call of duty. The service they provided was excellent. Rooms are cleaned daily to good standard.

The furniture was a little outdated and it can do with updating.

Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel staff were very courteous. The food was very nice and their service was exceptional. They also customized some of the food items as per our needs. Their head chef, other staff including Amit were very hospitable and we would like to thank them all to make our stay so memorable. The hotel is highly recommended for stay.

It was a one-nighter no-frill stay for us and in that respect, the hotel and its location worked out great! Elante Mall and access back to the highway was good! Cleanliness was adequate. The room service was fantastic! Manpreet at the front desk deserves a pat on the back! Thanks to the security staff also.

Little extra toiletries and breakfast spread can be improved upon. The breads were stone hard and seemed stale even after getting them heated. Fruit options were limited. Please give your executive Emanpreet a holiday break - she seemed very dull and uninterested during check-in. The room view of the industrial area is not really great.

The location was the most important, the cleanliness and staff behaviour. The food selection was also nice. Above all total value for money.

The pillows were uncomfortable and it disturbed my sleep. Asked for regular pillows or orthopedic pillows but the hotel didn't have any. So it was slightly uncomfortable for someone like me.

The management and staff were very polite and courteous. We were looking for a taxi for Noida and was struggling to find one.. that's when Prem, Santosh and Deepak the security guards came for help and managed to book us a private taxi. I am really delighted with the service and their personal touch where they went above and beyond to help us.

It’s in a really nice location, very close to a mall and somehow still quiet enough to be peaceful. The room was decently sized and super comfortable. The breakfast was really good with a lot of variety. Food overall was really nice. The best thing about the hotel was the staff though. They were very very friendly and helpful and everything I asked for was given to me really fast. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Chandigarh.
