Wonderful Stay at Fairfield by Marriott (7–12 June, 2025) Our recent stay at Fairfield by Marriott from 7th to 12th June was absolutely delightful! The hospitality and service truly made it a memorable experience for us. A heartfelt thank you to the team for arranging a lovely surprise birthday celebration for my spouse—it was thoughtful, beautifully done, and added a personal touch to our stay. Special compliments to Chef Senthil for the delicious pastry—it was simply outstanding! Every aspect of our stay was top-notch—be it the service, the food, or housekeeping. The team was consistently courteous, attentive, and efficient. We’d like to express our appreciation for the service executives Omi, Abhirup, and Kamla, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The highlight of this property is the incredible service. From Prem the manager who catered to our specific needs for our children, to Amit in the restaurant who played with my child so that we could have a peaceful meal. Every single staff member went above and beyond. Thank you so much for an incredible stay

Excellent front desk staff: Pream who allowed us to check out at 3 pm although checkout time is actually 12 noon, as well as Rahul, Jeevalatha, Raman and Sweaty: the coutresy of the front desk staff is beyond compare.

Rooms could have been larger.

Staff was welcoming and the place is just nice to rest for a business trip. Too bad I didn't bring my gym outfit, otherwise the gym facility looks really really nice in a seperate bulding with the huge glass window letting in the natural light.

The food was generally good, the room was clean and comfortable. Only a brief visit but managed to use the gym which OK and not used much. The pool area was really good and the loungers were very comfortable.

I had had been told i could upgrade my room to a pool area view albeit the room was slightly smaller. I took up the offer only to find my room overlooked the generator and scrub land out the back. For short stay just got on with it.

Very Courteous staff . Piya+ Riya and everyone. Excellent breakfast and Dinner. Good Chef. All stars for cooking. Bathroom Soap-shampoo-hand and body Dispensers are good Quality cleaning Good

Rooms could be bigger- Bathroom needs serious Upgrade- Bathroom is just basic with one hand shower and does no justice to the 4star status . Lighting arrangement Need an Upgrade as well.

breakfeast and dinner were both Amazing. Very good breakfeast in particular. The dinner was varied and of high quality every day with the 'half-board' option which I strongly suggest people take. The buffet has a-la-carte quality food.

The Gym could be better certainly.

Very good hotel, everything was great from location to personnel. Next time I am there, I will definitely choose the hotel.
