Green Park Hotel Vadapalani has been one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Following its recent refurbishment, the hotel feels fresh and exceptionally comfortable. I would highly recommend it, especially to those who love shopping and a peaceful environment. Its location is a major plus—right next to Forum Vijaya Mall, perfect for shopping, yet slightly tucked away from the main road, offering a quiet and serene atmosphere. The staff are warm, attentive, and always ready to help. A special mention goes to the hotel’s transportation service. The car provided was clean and comfortable, and the drivers were professional and kind. Mr. Govindan, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort throughout the trip. He cared for us like a father would—always making sure we felt secure and well looked after. Overall, it was a truly memorable and heartwarming experience.

I had a wonderful breakfast! The food at the restaurant on the 1st floor was absolutely fantastic. I truly appreciated how friendly the restaurant staff were; they made the experience even better! The room service team was also really great and attentive. Overall, it was a lovely stay!

I think the front office team could enhance their attentiveness and support. I encountered a little hiccup with my booking despite letting the receptionist know about my extended stay at check-in. Fortunately, some other team members were really helpful and came to my aid!

The hotel’s ambience and service were truly exceptional. i had a fantastic time enjoying in the pool, and we also used the spa facility .A special mention to akash , libika from the reception , who was incredibly warm and welcoming. We also had a buffet breakfast each morning, and the food at the Indian restaurant was equally impressive—delicious and beautifully presented. A heartfelt thank you to Vignesh from house keeping , who took care of our entire stay and His thoughtful service truly made our visit memorable. We hope to be back at green park sometime soon!

Gorgeous shared spaces with fresh beautiful flower displays and decor. Nice, clean pool. Spacious room. Fantastic breakfast. Location good for metro & modern shopping mall. Autos available outside to get elsewhere, although a little far from key places. Really kind staff. The lady at reception arranged for us to check in early and for us to switch to have breakfast on our arrival day rather than departure day. This made our 7am arrival so much more manageable.

Pool chlorine was strong & harsh on the eyes, but rather that than a dirty pool! Was manageable.

Every aspect of this hotel exceeded expectations. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and informative. Traveling in India is a bit challenging. Every one of my needs was addressed immediately, from the hair dryer not working to arranging a driver for a few trips in Chennai. I loved the live music at 7 am in the lobby to serenade our breakfast, an absolute feast. A special thank you to the staff: Libika, Roshini, Akash, Praveen, Selvin, Sanjay, Sinnan, and the excellent guide and driver, Jay Kumar.

There was not one thing I did not like. People will always remember how you made them feel .

Very nice staff, very helpful. I liked they were ironing for you. They helped in all the aspects. Very good food, loved it - tasty breakfast. 2min from a mall, we used it a lot. The lobby looks very new

Rooms we stayed in seem old - looking at the things in. We had 2 rooms 1st room - some glasses were not clean 2nd room - first we got a smoking room, so we imediatelly changed to a non smoking one - it was great that very helpful bell boy propised it, but the smell was strange and bath door were not closing, so we changed again. I would still chose that hotel as location is good, it was relatively cheap, and in the end was good. For this hotel i would still give a 9

The cleaning standard is very low, the cleaners are hard workers but they’ve needs to be trained how to clean and maintanace which needs few weeks proper training to make the hotel looks new.

This is a beautiful hotel in the city, served by an excellent staff’s. The rooms are well-appointed, equipped with good facilities, and feature air-conditioning. The staff is always willing to help and ensures customer satisfaction. Both the pool and gym are easily accessible. The bed is a comfortable queen size, and any request is attended to immediately. The breakfast was good, though not particularly exciting. However, the food overall was tasty. I’d particularly like to thank Selvin and Libika for their excellent service. I hope to be back soon.

Very good breakfast. Perfect location in the middle of the city

Being a regular customer, i requested for an early check-in (about an hour before the regular check -in time as i just visited the hotel immediately after landing from Dubai. I was expecting the room to be allotted immediately as it was ready. Instead, i was asked to pay for 50% of a day's tariff or wait for 1 hour . I took the 2nd option & had to wait for an hour although the room was available. This attitude of the staff disappointed me.
