The hotel was located in a convenient location with amenities close by.. the rooms were quite spacious and the service was excellent from front desk receptionist to house keeping .. I had the nost relaxed and stress free stay ,all my requests were handled with friendly and professional manner . Special mention to front desk receptionist Mr. Pandiyan and Mr.Akil who provided the best customer service whenever approached . Zone by the park is a must stay for everyone who wants best and comfortable stay on Chennai.. all the best to the team

I loved the breakfast. They had a live kitchen as well. The egg preparations and thosai varieties were made freshly upon order. The food were tasty and good variety for South Indian breakfast. The room was very clean and the staff tidy up the room with new sheets everyday. The check-in was also very smooth and fast. It was all done in less than 5 minutes.

During my stay, the hotel had an issue with the water. I had a bit allergy reaction after showering. But it was very minor and lasted only for half of the day. It went away even without any pills.

Awsome stay as hotel upgraded my stay with a better room option & the breakfast was great. Very good hotel to stay with your family or on your business trip. 5on5 for Zone Chennai.

Some work is going on and it was a bit messy & due to rain the entry to hotel was completely filled with rain water.

We were spending just one night for an airport run and were extremely pleased and surprised at this hotel. The room was very spacious and had a great window seat. Bathroom had good facilities, not huge. Bed was very comfy, I like a firm bed, so great. Breakfast was great, just before our early dash to the airport.

Floor were sticky and few rooms had smoke smell. Restaurant was not available for dinner, most likely there was a private function going on. Though in room dining was available

I didn't hv complimentary breakfast on both days. Instead asked for coffee in the evening whic was straight rejected citing rules and process. Defeating Basics of hospitality

Some of the staff particularly Chef Murthy was exceptional. The restaurant Manager was good. Few of the house keeping staff was good as well.

The front desk/ reception had to improve further. I did not end up with a great check out experience.

Very comfortable beds, lovely rooftop terrace with swimming pool and excellent breakfast.

It was beside a very busy road, although watching crazy traffic was fascinating! It was a long wayfrom most sites and shopping

I whole heartedly thank Kavya for her patience, friendliness and hospitality and giving us the extra extension in the room . All these meant a lot to people like me who travel sparsely. Food was great. Vignesh and Pavithra in the restaurant made us feel at home. The breakfast was excellent. I have already prasied the chef and written and given a small compliment on the napkin !!!

The Toilet smell peeped into the room. The room smell was not good. This is the main problem. Sandwich a bit expensive I thought :)

I checked in in the early hours of the day/middle of the night without any problem. That says so much. And I was expected! Good buffet breakfast!

No negative comments.
