The staff were excellent. It started with Utraksh, who then passed on the booking enquiry to Vedansh, who arranged for the taxi for pick up and was also present at the check in and the experience was excellent. His English is very good and he understands well. We had 2 buffet dinners, which are good value for money. The staff at the breakfast and dinners are very helpful, courteous and go the extra mile to make the breakfast/ dinner place welcome. The food and choices were excellent. A special mention to Karan and Rick, who made excellent coffee for us. Nisita was helpful at the desk. A special mention also to Pawan, our driver, who us extremely pleasant. We used the car for most of our needs.

We really enjoyed the breakfast... specially I want to mention name of service provider Mr. Abhinandan he is quite exceptional with his work & also I liked his behaviour.... I really thankful for him he arranged small but very beautiful pastry for my son... I totally admire Mr. Abhinandan work & his behaviour

- Nothing as such (We had stayed here before a couple of months back and the experience was not so great, but looking back that probably might be because of the wedding - this time our experience was simply great, nothing to complain about)

Food (since they have added local chhattisgarh dishes in the menu) and service, specially the live music on Saturday and Sunday

The mould smell in rooms

Staff was very cooperative, it was a wonderful stay special thanks and appreciation to south Indian expert shef Mr Gulshan and Shef Prem , great hospitality.

Frequent power cut

There was confusion if breakfast was included or not but eventually they gave us. Rest... its Marriott so got to be good.

Nothing much

Great location, incredibly well-built property. Affable staff and exceptionally well managed services including food, transport. Gym was nice with only one treadmill.

I would like to see a lot more female staff, unfortunately there is only 1 woman for every 100 men, ideally it should be 50/50, this is problem all across India. Next thing is related to outside environment, lots of mosquitos in Bilaspur and some of them do enter the living space. Swimming pool is closed with dirt and garbage covering the space. Lastly, LOTS of construction happening inside the hotel, I was given the room next door to room where loud construction was happening. Staff were NOT smart enough to give me a room in a quiet part of hotel. Only upon insisting and fighting for it, I was given the room in quiet part of room. In India, as always there are NO labor laws and construction goes on around the clock, even at mid-night.

The staff is very polite & cooperative. Breakfast is also excellent. The location is also perfect.

I loved the comfortable stay.Staff is very good and very polite and helpful.beautiful comfortable rooms and bathroom.I want to mention that a hotel staff named Amit Sen was very helpful ,polite and recommended lovely dishes and Mocktails.Chef Bisnu is superb.All the other staff are very good.

There was no garden/lawns. Swimming pool is v small.No indoor game zone.
