My recent stay at Aura One Hotel was a pleasant experience overall. Despite the slightly dated ambiance, the location proved to be exceptionally convenient – a short 20-minute drive to Aster Medcity and within walking distance to LuLu Mall. What truly set this establishment apart was the outstanding service provided by the staff. Their friendliness and helpfulness were beyond compare, making me feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a guest. The reasonable pricing further contributed to the positive impression, making this hotel a commendable choice for those prioritizing excellent service and accessibility in Kochi.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Aura One with my family. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Staff were extremely polite and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. The location is convenient, and the overall ambiance was peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommended for a comfortable family getaway!

Well appointed rooms with basic facilities like water bottles, coffee machines with necessary powders, AC, bath towel, hand wash soap and bath lotion and shampoo. They have room service (though not used). Buffet breakfast @ 250 inr. Menu says one North Indian, one South Indian and fruit platter, broad toast, fruit juice, tea, coffee etc. But the day I stayed, they did not have buffet saying low in-house occupany. So they gave Ala Carta. Lift service available. Just 2 mts walking distance to Lulu mall and 5 mts to edapally metro station. As the hotel is right beside the highway, lot.of uber cabs also available.

No separate smoking and non smoking rooms. The room I was given had that pungent smell.

I like everything about Aura One. N this was the third time staying in Aura One. Friendly and v helpful staff. Specially Sini.

Stayed one night in Deluxe king studio. Really very spacious room. Enough pillows, clean sheets and duvet. Good facilities and staffs. They provide Iron board and box. Very convenient to take metro. Many restaurants and happenings near by. 2 mints walk to Lulu.

Toilet have all amenities required, facilities and it's really spacious, but sometimes it's smells very bad. HK need to look into this issue. Rest all fine.

It's close by to Lulu mall and Edappally metro station. The staff was friendly and helpful in guiding me to the right locations.

The washroom/ room wasn't cleaned when I checked in. There was a half empty bottle left over on the desk. Cleanliness definitely needs to be improved. I would rate it as a 3 star hotel rather than a 4 star.

Something they could improve is to have sports channels available on TV and stable wifi connections.

Minor repair work and better cleaniness in bath room area.Bath room exhaust fans are not doing its purpose.
