The best part was the prompt service at the restaurant and room service.. Do not miss the Spa...ask for Alisa and Zumi From the coffee shop ask Nitish...he is great when it comes to hospitality... Over all a great experience, for kids they hc outdoor sports and a playzone area...

From their side they want to delay the check in, and want you to check out before time...

I am a member of Marriott Bonvoy club. They should have added the membership no in the room bills. On asking them to do so , they said booking done through B.com are not eligible for getting points. This was indeed surprising. Kindly have this issue sorted out for this case as well as for future, for we won't be able to book thru booking.com in quite a few cases.

Very well maintained with very warm & efficient staff always ready to serve you with a smile! Ms Shruti was exceptional taking all preemptive steps to make our stay most enjoyable & comfortable! One of our friends had his MA and she upgraded him to a junior suite! Nitesh in F&B was always there to look after us!

Delay in service because of overbooked property

1. staff is very friendly and nice (except relation guest manager who ignored our requests on booking). They checked-in us early with no problems. 2. food is good, but breakfast is the same for days

1. location 2. hotel needs some renovation 3. taxi price from/to the airport. well, the hotel staff told us that the price in amount of 60$ (when the Uber costs 15$) is made up from 2 way road trip of taxi. To be honest, this sounds like a business problem, but not the guest problem that taxi has to make a round trip. So, I need to go to the airport, and I pay to the way there and the way back for a driver. That is sooooo crazy (“we have just one car, so you have to pay the full price. Yes, it’s x4 times more expensive than the regular taxi, but it’s clean”). This service is overpriced.

The room was very comfortable and had all the requirements. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The staff was polite. The walls are also thick so you can't hear anything from outside. Overall, it's a peaceful and calm place.

The promotion for the property says you can get cocktails of your choice at the poolside bar. For some, this could be a big attraction. But the fact is that the poolside bar doesn't have a cocktail menu. It just serves the spirits and beer. The bartender didn't know how to mix cocktails. The food was also average, though the variety was very good.

the breakfast was exellent. something you would expect only in a 5 star hotel. the swimming pool is their USP. the staff is extremely welcoming and courteous. most important the entire staff is a happy team

it is a developing property and with time it will become better. the appoach road to the property is poor but i am not sure if they can do anything about it since it is the government's job.

Special thanks to Nitesh (operations head) amd Raghav (front desk) to make the stay comfortable. Appreciate their passion about the hospitality of the hotel.

Buffet could have been a bit better.

Rooms were nice. Pool was nice. Breakfast was the best.

Everything was chargeable at the kids play area. After paying so much at the hotel, it should be on the house. Mini fridge did not work. After multiple complaints, it was changed. Small glass piece found on the bed

It was fantastic experience overall. The property is beautiful and the pool is amazing. What makes this place stand apart is the warm hospitality of the staff.

Some more options for children activities would be better.
